Job Description

Direct revenue generation through B2C sales.

Responsible for meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Building rapport with students and their parents to drive conversions.

Understanding student profiles to offer tailored solutions.

Open to making calls and following up from different lead sources.

Participating in virtual/physical events, seminars, and webinars.

Requirements

Fresher to maximum 5 years of experience in sales.

Proven ability to meet or exceed targets.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Prior experience in target-based sales or revenue-focused roles is a plus.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Highly organized and detail-oriented.

Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills.

Experience in EdTech sales will be a strong advantage.

Familiarity with CRM tools is preferred.

Description -

·        All 5 days WFO, UK Shift

·        Good end to end SDLC project delivery experience.

·        Strong development experience using Microsoft 365 SharePoint (preferred but not limited) Online/On premises and Power platforms.

·        Able to create features, process documents, use cases, use stories, technical specifications, and mapping documents required on the project.

·        Strong experience in design and development of SharePoint Framework (SPFx) web parts, libraries, and extensions.

·        Able to create features, process documents, use cases, use stories, technical specifications, and mapping documents required on the project.

·        SharePoint migration and customization experience using jQuery.

·        Good knowledge on Power Apps, Power Automate, Canvas, Model driven and Dataverse.

·        Good knowledge of Microsoft and other 3rd party products (e.g., Azure, Jira, Outlook etc.) integration.

Key Tasks & Accountability:

• Collaborate with development teams and product managers to create innovative software solutions.
• Able to develop entire architecture, responsive design, user interaction, and user experience.

• Comfortable around both front-end and back-end coding languages, development frameworks and third-party libraries.
• Knowledge of React, Redux and API Integration.
• Experience with backend technology like NodeJs, Microservices, MVC Framework and Data Base connection.
• Knowledge on SQL/NoSQL such as MySql, mongoDB.
• Knowledge of cloud such as AWS.

Job Description – Developer (ETL + Database)

 Develop, document & Support ETL mappings, Database structures & BI reports.

 Perform unit testing of developments done by him/her.

 Participate in UAT process and ensure quick resolution of any UAT issue.

 Manage different environments and be responsible for proper deployment of code in all client

environments.

 Prepare release documents.

 Prepare and Maintain project documents as advised by Team Leads.

Skill-sets:

 3+ years of Hands on experience on ETL Pentaho Spoon Talend & MS SQL Server, Oracle & SYBASE Database tools.

 Ability to write complex SQL and database procedures.

 Good knowledge and understanding regarding Data warehouse Concepts, ETL Concepts, ETL

Loading Strategies, Data archiving, Data Reconciliation, ETL error handling etc.

 Problem Solving.

 Good communication skills – written and verbal.

 Self-motivated, team player, action and result oriented.

 Ability to successfully work under tight project schedule

AnitechSol Pvt Ltd is into Software Product Development, Time and Material Contracting Services. Company has been in existence for about a decade. Currently, the focus of the company is to develop a mobile fitness app that gives guidance on fitness, diet and general lifestyle activities.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES : 

Using the functional requirements provided, in the form of detailed functional requirements as well as Use Cases, code each use case from front end to back end. Ability to develop a complete flow. 

While developing the application utilize the proper interactions between the pages, responsiveness and confirm to the overall architecture.

A certain level of creativity has to be there while developing the front end screens using the mockups provided by a designer. With regard to the backend, you have to develop apis confirming to the standards including the interactions with the database. 

Quickly Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade software with a agile development mindset of a startup company.
