About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Senior MERN Stack Developer to join our growing engineering team. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance web applications using the MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js technology stack. You should be passionate about writing clean, scalable code and mentoring junior developers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement scalable, secure, and maintainable full-stack web applications using the MERN stack.
• Develop RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services and databases.
• Write reusable, testable, and efficient code.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Lead code reviews and enforce best practices in design and development.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand business requirements.
• Ensure cross-platform optimization and responsiveness of applications.
• Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
• Troubleshoot and debug production issues.
• Maintain documentation of software functionality and technical decisions.

Required Skills:

• Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3.
• Deep understanding of React.js and state management libraries like Redux or Context API.
• Hands-on experience with Node.js and Express.js.
• Strong knowledge of MongoDB and Mongoose ORM.
• Experience in building and consuming RESTful APIs.
• Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Cloud Platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
• Good understanding of microservices, authentication mechanisms (OAuth, JWT), and role-based access control.
• Experience with unit testing and testing frameworks like Jest, Mocha, or Cypress.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Experience with GraphQL or WebSockets.
• Exposure to DevOps practices and tools (e.g., Jenkins, Kubernetes).
• Previous experience in Agile/Scrum environments.

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Senior Software Developer with expertise in Ruby on Rails and React.js to join our dynamic and innovative tech team. As a Senior Software Developer, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and implementing high-quality software solutions that drive the success of our travel platform. Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Senior Software Developer / Module Lead, preferably with a focus on Ruby on Rails and React.js. (At least 4+ years of experience)

- Strong expertise in Ruby on Rails and React.js, with a solid understanding of their core principles, frameworks, and ecosystem.

- Proficient in front-end development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

- Experience with database systems, including SQL and NoSQL databases especially PostgresSQL.

- Familiarity with version control systems, such as Git.

- Ability to write efficient, maintainable, and testable code, with a strong emphasis on software quality and best practices.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to tackle complex technical challenges and provide innovative solutions.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer, Front End to help scale Reflektive to being the market leader for employee performance management. The main question to be answered: Can you help a

Reflektive has major initiatives to tackle in the next year. Initiatives range from internal scaling, security, engagement, new verticals, pervasive technologies, research and development, data and

analytics, and customer tools. Reflektive’s Senior Software Engineer will contribute in their area of specialization. S/he will help us solve complex design challenges and mature our platform to handle

Responsibilities

● Deliverable: (30 days) Own a feature; possibly being paired with another engineer. (60days) Own and drive a new initiative. (90 days) Bring that initiative to production.

Desired Skills and Experience

• Expert proficiency in Java/Kotlin, Kafka/Pulsar, SQL, Docker and kubernetes.
• Overall 4+ years of experience as Java full stack developer using any modern frameworks.
• Strong knowledge on Data structure and Algorithm knowledge
• Previous experience working in ReactJS/AngularJS (2+ years)
• Knowledge of Analytics and LookerML would be added plus.
• Exposure to cloud environment AWS.
• Knowledge of unit testing frameworks including Junit.
• Startup experience is strongly desired.
• You learn quickly, you’re adaptable and versatile.
• Experience in an Agile and Scrum environment.
