We are looking for an ambitious Senior Business Development specialist who will be responsible for driving the Business Goals of the Organisation. Responsibilities
- Overseeing the company's business strategy and operations, leading teams, and setting goals

- Collaborate with internal departments to optimize client satisfaction and operational efficiency. Lead teams, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Develop, train, deploy and monitor account handling team to manage clients in different geographies.

- Build market and branding strategies for Nitara.
- Monitor performance of commercial activities using key metrics and prepare Business MIS,

Basic Requirements
- Minimum of 15 years of Business development and revenue generation experience working in the agriculture market with a minimum of 5 years in the dairy industry.
- Strong Knowledge of Dairy processing & technology solutions in dairy industry, Excellent sales, negotiation & relationship building skills.
- Degree in any Dairy/Agri/Rural Management Field
- Proven success in Sales, client management & operational execution in Dairytech/Agritech industry will be considered as an advantage.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Following up with leads generated to close online sales
- Explain product features to the generated leads to close sales
Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 200 per sale).
1. Work on generating and nurturing leads for the organization using different marketing channels
2. Generate new leads using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and send InMail to potential prospects
3. Build and cultivate prospect relationships by initiating communications and conducting follow-up contacts to move opportunities through the sales funnel
4. Work on doing regular follow-ups with clients over LinkedIn and email
5. Generate new leads using cold calling, email marketing, social media, and other relevant marketing channels
6. Organize and keep the lead status updated in the CRM software
7. Understand the pain points faced by the prospects during communication and identify if they're looking for specific features
8. Check for competitor products mentioned/used by leads and prospects during communication and the intent behind using them
