Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior WordPress / PHP Developer with 6–8 years of experience in creating scalable, secure, and high quality web applications. The candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining PHP/Laravel applications, customizing WordPress plugins and themes, building -APIs and executing database migrations.

Required Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• 6–8 years of handson- experience in PHP and Laravel development
• Strong expertise in WordPress development, including custom themes, custom plugins, hooks, filters, shortcodes, and Gutenberg blocks
• Solid understanding of MVC architecture, middleware, queues, jobs, and events
• Experience in building and integrating RESTful APIs
• Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery
• Experience with database systems: MySQL/MariaDB, SQL Server
• Skilled in writing optimized SQL queries, stored procedures, triggers, and performing database migrations
•  Experience with authentication methods like OAuth, JWT, and tokenbased- auth
•  Good understanding of application performance optimization, caching, and security practices
• Familiarity with version control systems (Git)
• Experience in integrating external systems (e.g., Miniorange, Salesforce)

Preferred Skills:

• Experience working with Salesforce, or any other comparable ticketing system
• Experience in insurance/consumer benefits/file processing (EDI).

We are looking for a Front-End Web Developer who is motivated to combine the art of design with the art of programming. Responsibilities will include translation of the UI/UX design wireframes to actual code that will produce visual elements of the application. You will work with the UI/UX designer and bridge the gap between graphical design and technical implementation, taking an active role on both sides and defining how the application looks as well as how it works.

• Develop new user-facing features
• Build reusable code and libraries for future use
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs
• Optimize application for maximum speed and scalability
• Assure that all user input is validated before submitting to back-end
• Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders
• Experience of theme design on the WordPress CMS is mandatory.

• Proficient understanding of web markup, including HTML5, CSS3
• Basic understanding of server-side CSS pre-processing platforms, such as LESS and SASS
• Proficient understanding of client-side scripting and JavaScript frameworks, including jQuery

Note: Every front-end developer is expected to have a proficient knowledge of JavaScript, while most front-end developers should know jQuery.

• Good understanding of (Depending on the specific case, a developer should have the knowledge of advanced JavaScript libraries and frameworks, such as AngularJS, KnockoutJS, BackboneJS, ReactJS, DurandalJS etc.)
• Good understanding of asynchronous request handling, partial page updates, and AJAX
• Basic knowledge of image authoring tools, to be able to crop, resize, or perform small adjustments on an image. Familiarity with tools such as as Gimp or Photoshop is a plus.

Note: A UI/UX designer is expected to deliver finished resources for the developer to incorporate into the app. However, quite often a front-end web developer needs to make some small adjustments.

• Proficient understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to work around them.
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as (Git / Mercurial / SVN)
• Good understanding of SEO principles and ensuring that application will adhere to them.

 - The role requires working from the office in Gurgaon, with a 6-day workweek and 9 hours daily from 10 am to 7 pm, with only Sunday off.

• Work with creative and business partners to understand, build, and adjust web application functionality and visual presentation to support business goals
• Develop reusable, maintainable, accessible cross-platform HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for front end web application components while adhering to web and team standards
• Working in an AT/CI/CD paradigm develops with testing in mind; authors unit tests to provide sufficient testing coverage for each developed component

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of practical front-end web development experience in writing and testing valid, web standards-based HTML, CSS, JS
• Understanding of basics of computer science such as Object-Oriented Programming, Data Structures, Development Patterns
• Good experience in front end development with both technical and visual expertise
• Some exposure to agile methodologies and supporting practices, tools, and technology
• Comfortable learning new technologies, tools, development/CI/CD processes, and best practices
• Ability to collaborate effectively with teams across different locations
• Possess effective verbal communication, writing, and presentation skills
• Analytical thinker with attention to detail
• E-commerce experience is a plus
• Knowledge of WCAG 2.0 AA is a plus

IT Project Coordinator with QA Testing Experience (2+ Year)

Prepare test cases based on the requirements. Co-ordinate with developers & Clients Apprise the QA Lead of the status on regular basis. Must be capable of paying attention to detail and adhering to project timelines
