Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Lead Generation & Prospect Management
- Identify, qualify, and pursue high-potential leads from priority sectors
such as manufacturing, IT, pharma, energy, and sustainability.
- Conduct sector-specific market research and competitor analysis to
uncover new opportunities.
Key Account Engagement & Consultative Selling
- Engage senior-level decision-makers (CXOs, Plant Heads,
Compliance Officers) to understand their certification and assurance
needs.
- Nurture long-term relationships with strategic clients to ensure
retention and up-selling.
Proposal Development & Closure
- Prepare detailed proposals, RFP responses, and pricing strategies in
coordination with the technical and operations team.
- Manage complex sales cycles, including technical clarifications,
legal/commercial negotiations, and stakeholder presentations.
- Ensure timely deal closures aligned with monthly and quarterly sales
targets. Coordination & Reporting
- Liaise with internal teams for seamless service delivery, client
onboarding, and project execution post-contract.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, sales
funnel, and conversions using CRM.
- Generate periodic reports on sales pipeline, forecasts, and account
performance for senior management.
- Support the marketing team in developing client-centric campaigns and thought leadership content (case studies, whitepapers).

Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Conduct demo classes as per the PlanetSpark content and methodology
2. Ensure amazing demo experience for the child and parent
3. Conduct regular classes (post enrolment) using in-house curriculum

Requirements / Experience:
