Field Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and expand a strong local network of financial advisors/distributors
• Acquire and manage new & existing MF advisors
• Train, mentor, and develop advisors for business growth
• Lead and manage advisor teams effectively
• Support advisors with product knowledge and sales strategies
• AMFI/NISM certification mandatory (or to be completed within 6 months)
• Manage an advisor portfolio independently from day one

Requirements:

• Graduation mandatory
• NISM Distributors Certification (or willingness to clear within 6 months)
• Strong communication and networking skills
• Knowledge of mutual fund products
• Leadership mindset and willingness to grow a team

Inside Sales Lead

The Inside Sales head will lead a team of regional inside sales manages/reps and will be responsible for meeting revenue targets in the regions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the regional inside sales team and deliverables
• Set and track sales targets for your team aligned to the overall Qualified targets in the region and across the globe
• Set the pace for outbound efforts to ensure faster delivery of qualified leads as well as efficient conversions
• Track quality of conversations, lead quality and other metrics to ensure adherence to standards that will lead to attainment of sales goals every quarter
• Mentor and train the team as required to Improve conversions 
• Work closely with marketing, sales and other teams
• Sign up for and deliver a certain number of qualified opportunities every quarter
• Consistently work towards improving team productivity and efficiency

Mandatory requirements (Please read these carefully before applying)

• Prior experience in leading inside sales teams at least for over 800 days or more
• B2B experience especially in pitching a complex tech product to diverse audiences and managing teams that do so
• Proven capability in delivering qualified sales opportunities and meeting sales targets globally

• Maintain all records like Vouchers, Receipts, Bills, and Payments.
• Bank Reconciliation, Payment Collection.
• Monthly GST Working.
• Reconciliation of Sundry Debtors & Creditors
• Payment follows up by Telephonic & mailing
• Daily Stock maintains.
• Handling petty Cash Records.
• Maintain Sales Purchase Registers & Keep in Software properly
• Banking works like a Cheques issue for clearing Cash Deposit, NEFT, and RTGS
• Handling Day-to-Day Accounting
• Prepare Salary Statement, PF Account, Worker Salary, daily wages for Worker
• Finalization of Accounts, Statement of Accounts, Debtors Controls Accounts, Balance sheet Statement, Consumption Charts, Trial Balance, Fixed Assets.
• Tally Erp, Microsoft NAV ERP

• At least 4 years of experience as a Node.js developer.
• Extensive knowledge of JavaScript, web stacks, libraries, and frameworks.
• Mandatory experience in MongoDB and MySql.
• Knowledge of front-end technologies such as HTML5 and CSS3.
• Superb interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving aptitude.

SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS

· Candidate must possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Information Technology Engineering (computer/telecommunications)

· Must have at least 5 years of extensive experience in Object-oriented programming specifically on JAVA/J2EE

· Has knowledge or relevant work experience in any of the following programming languages or technologies: Java/J2EE, C++, C, XML/XHTML or CGI-Python.

· Must have sufficient knowledge of Object-oriented programming concepts

· Develops and enhances software applications through coding and testing.

· Involved in code reviews and training.
