Individual Contributor (Core Responsibility)

• Execute outbound prospecting (cold calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach) for US market
• Drive IT services / SaaS / solution sales conversations with US customers
• Own the full sales cycle: lead generation → qualification → proposal → negotiation → closure
• Consistently add new logos across mid-market and enterprise customers
• Maintain accurate CRM, pipeline forecasting, and reporting

US Market & Stakeholder Engagement

• Actively engage with US Directors, clients, and partners during US business hours
• Understand client pain points and position technology solutions effectively
• Represent the company in sales calls, demos, and negotiations

Sales Strategy & Process Setup

• Define outbound sales playbooks, ICPs, messaging, and outreach strategy
• Set up sales processes, tools, metrics, and reporting frameworks
• Work closely with leadership to align revenue targets and growth plans

Team Setup & Leadership

• Build and mentor a US-focused sales team in India
• Hire, onboard, and train SDRs / sales executives
• Transition gradually from pure IC to player-coach model

Required Skills & Experience

Must-Have

• 8+ years of experience in international IT / SaaS / solution sales
• Proven exposure to US market sales (direct client interaction mandatory)
• Strong experience in outbound sales and lead generation
• Demonstrated success in new logo acquisition
• Comfortable working in night shift (6 PM–3 AM IST)
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills
• Experience working as an Individual Contributor

Good to Have

• Experience setting up or scaling inside sales teams in India
• Exposure to B2B enterprise or mid-market sales
• Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, etc.)
• Background in IT services, digital transformation, cloud, AI, or SaaS solutions

Working Model & Expectations

• Night shift aligned to US business hours
• Flexible coordination with India leadership during day hours when required
• 9 effective working hours per day
• Work from Vijayawada or Hyderabad office

Role & Responsibilities:

• Proven working experience in mobile app development using React Native.
• Extensive experience in native mobile development for both Android and iOS platforms.
• Solid understanding of JavaScript and its core principles including ES6+ syntax.
• Proficiency with React and its ecosystem.
• Experiencing in building pixel-perfect, buttery smooth UIs across both mobile platforms.
• Proficiency and expertise with consuming RESTful APIs and asynchronous programming and knowledge of offline storage.
• Knowledge in creating and publishing APK file to both play store and app store.
• Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms, such as JSON Web Token and authentication flows like OAuth. 
• Knowledge of mobile app development lifecycle and best practices.
• Experience with code versioning tools such as Git.
• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Implementation Manager to join our implementation team at Kapture CX. The successful candidate will be responsible for configuring and customizing the software workflows to meet the client's specific needs. The Workflow Implementation Specialist will work closely with clients to understand their business processes and requirements and ensure that the workflows are set up correctly.

Key Responsibilities:

- Configure and customize the workflows to meet the client's specific needs and translate them onto the product.

- Work in collaboration with project managers, perform configuration activities for successful delivery of the project and handover to account management.

- Provide training to the client's users and ensure that they are comfortable using the software.

- Collaborate with the development team to troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to the workflows.

- Create and maintain workflow documentation and ensure that it is up-to-date.

- Facilitate user acceptance testing and sign-off by clients.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

• Researching possible business opportunities, prospecting new clients through various sources and building a pipeline of prospects
• Reaching out to potential clients via cold calls and cold email
• Understanding the business requirements of the clients and accordingly pitching the company’s products/services

• Good understanding of object-oriented programming (OOPs).
• Expertise in designing and working with MVC architecture is necessary.
