- Has to understand best practices and can lead solutioning,

- 12-15 years of relevant experience with at least 6 in HCM implementation. Domain experience in HR function can be an advantage if in multinational organizations in any industry, or in evolved IT services companies.

This role must be capable of building Dot net application and integration capabilities to enable microservice architecture. In addition to being hands on developer, the role requires the individual to leading and work with Dot net developers and integration developers, overseeing the end to end technical working to deliver features. Key Responsibilities
- Perform Product Discovery proof of concepts as directed by Product manager
- Design, develop, and maintain both new and existing code, ranging from client-side development using JavaScript, HTML, and CSS, to server-side code using C# and ASP.NET MVC, Web API, Windows services, and ADO.NET for data persistence and retrieval.
