We're looking for a Fullstack AI Applied Engineer who can build full applications end-to-end and wire AI agents into production systems that real users depend on.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Build and ship full-stack web applications using React / Next.js and Python / Node.js

• Design and implement AI agent workflows using LangChain, LangGraph, Claude Agent SDK, Agno, or similar

• Integrate agents with real-world APIs — Salesforce, Google Workspace, WhatsApp Business, email providers

• Build and optimize database layers — production SQL, schema design, RAG pipelines

• Own deployment and infrastructure — Docker services, CI/CD pipelines on AWS or Azure

• Write tests that matter — E2E, load tests, performance benchmarks

• Collaborate directly with the founding team on architecture and product direction

MUST HAVE

• 3+ years of professional software engineering experience

• Strong JavaScript / TypeScript — React, Next.js, Node.js in production

• Strong Python — backends, agent systems, data pipelines

• Hands-on experience with at least one AI agent framework (LangChain, LangGraph, Claude Agent SDK, Agno, or equivalent)

• Docker services for containerization and deployment

• CI/CD pipelines — GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or similar

• Deployment experience on AWS or Azure

• Solid SQL and database skills — schema design, query optimization

GOOD TO HAVE

• Experience with autonomous agents — MCP (Model Context Protocol), skills, plugins, tool-use

• Memory and context management for long-running agents

• Prompt engineering and optimization

● Generate loan leads from the partnered institutions, open market and through different channels on the field.
● Develop and maintain relationships with partnered institutions and repeat business
and referral/s.
● Arrange and plan events to generate leads, and handle product queries and
service issues in the partnered institutions.
● Meet clients, verify documents, process files, coordinate for sanction /
disbursement of loans, personalized service to clients.
● Ensure the achievement of a given business target in your territory.

Experience: 1year+ in Banking sales such as personal loans, and home loans.

7+ YOE in IT / Software Development and Services Industry

B.Tech/BE, Bachelor in Tech domain from Tier 1 College / Univesity

MBA or Masters from Top B schools or Tier 1 College / Univesity

Preferred with work experience in software frameworks, technologies, and programming languages.

• Develop and implement operational strategies: Develop and implement operational strategies to ensure the smooth functioning of the organization. This includes developing policies and procedures, managing resources, and monitoring performance metrics.

• Lead project teams: ensure the successful completion of projects within the allotted time and budget. This involves planning, organizing, and controlling project activities, as well as communicating with stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.

• Manage resources: managing the resources required for both day-to-day operations and project delivery. This includes budgeting, resource allocation, and procurement of materials and services.

• Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and to make informed decisions regarding operational and project-related issues. This involves using data analysis tools and techniques to collect, organize, and interpret data.

• Ensure compliance ensures that the organization is compliant with legal and regulatory requirements. This includes implementing policies and procedures to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

• Build relationships and maintain relationships with stakeholders and employees. This involves effective communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.

• Develop and mentor team members developing and mentoring team members to enhance their skills and knowledge. This includes providing training, coaching, and feedback to team members to ensure they are equipped to perform their roles effectively.

• Ability to use GIT, Composer, and CLI.
