Role Overview

We’re looking for a motivated and analytical professional to join our product team. This role is

ideal for someone deeply curious about blockchain technology, new protocols, and the

institutional landscape of staking. You will be responsible for researching and evaluating

emerging L1 and L2 protocols, identifying fund partners interested in staking opportunities, and

maintaining key data in HubSpot. You’ll also gain hands-on exposure to our internal operations,

understanding how we evaluate, launch, and scale validators across networks.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth research and technical evaluation of new and existing blockchain protocols.

• Maintain accurate records and evaluations of protocols in HubSpot.

• Identify and profile potential fund partners interested in validator delegation.

• Assist with internal reporting and prepare research-backed materials for discussions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 2+ year experience.

• Previous experience in research, data analysis, or blockchain/crypto space is a strong plus.

• Strong analytical and writing skills; ability to distill complex data into actionable insights.

• Familiarity with blockchain protocols and DeFi concepts is highly preferred.

• Proficiency with Excel (or Google Sheets); experience with CRM tools like HubSpot is a plus.

• Comfortable using data to craft narratives and influence product or business strategy.

Job Opening: FreeSWITCH Developer

Location: Ecospace Business Park, Rajarhat, Newtown, Kolkata

Experience: Minimum 4+ years in FreeSWITCH/VoIP Development

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, deploy, troubleshoot, and maintain tools and services supporting our cloud telephony network.
• Customize FreeSWITCH for large-scale audio/video conferencing (1000–1500 concurrent calls).
• Expertise in SIP, RTP, RTCP, TURN, STUN, NAT, TLS.
• Hands-on experience with RTP Proxy and routed audio conferences.
• Understanding of SDP Protocol offer/answer mechanism.
• Work with load testing tools for FreeSWITCH audio conferences.
• Deploy and manage multiple FreeSWITCH instances using load balancers.
• Debug issues using packet captures (Wireshark/Ngrep).
• Collaborate with mobile/API teams for integration and support.
• Knowledge of codecs (PCMU, PCMA, G729, Opus) and open-source telephony technologies (FreeSWITCH, WebRTC).
• Familiarity with SIP servers (SER/OpenSER), proxy servers, SBC, SIPX is a plus.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (B.Tech/MCA).
• 4+ years of hands-on experience in FreeSWITCH development or related VoIP technologies.
• Strong knowledge of Linux environments and command-line tools.
• Basic to intermediate SQL knowledge.
• Proficiency in scripting (Bash, Python, Perl) for automation.
• Strong understanding of VoIP protocols (SIP, RTP), networking principles (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, routing protocols).
• Excellent troubleshooting skills with ability to resolve complex technical issues.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Perform full stack development activities using MERN Stack
2. Ability to translate UX Designs into functional web apps using React JS
3. Technical architecture design along with system architect and product manager
4. Writing effective business logic (using Rest API or GraphQL API)

Requirement & Skills:
