React / React Native + Node.js Developer

Responsibilities:

• Utilizing React and/or React Native to design and develop UI components for the web and mobile apps based on JavaScript.
• Using libraries like Redux for data stores and fetch or axios to make asynchronous API calls and enhance website/mobile app performance.
• Own the coding/design of a sub-module
• Review the requirements and provide simple, workable solutions
• Optimising components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers
• Design and document the sub-module working with the tech-lead and implement the critical parts of the module
• Write test cases.
• Ensure coding standards, proper design patterns, and project management processes are followed
• Mentor and review the performance and code of your peers and junior programmers.
• Work independently and proactively to deliver production-ready code with minimal guidance

Requirements:

• Minimum 4  years of experience with React and/or React Native
• Strong experience in developing backend systems. Prior experience in Node.js with SQL and/or NoSQL is a plus.
• In-depth knowledge of Native (Android and iOS), JavaScript, CSS, HTML, and front-end frameworks.
• Experience with UI/UX designs and wireframes.
• Experience with RESTful APIs, offline storage and the document request model.
• Experience with Gradle, XCode and other native build tools.
• Knowledge & experience with browser-based debugging and performance testing frameworks and software like Mocha and Jest.
• Good project management skills.
• Ability to work in a team structure and deliver projects on time.
• Very strong analytical and problem-solving skills in a super-changing environment
• Good understanding of algorithms and data structures.

1. Excellent design coordination with Project Architects, Structural, MEP, Landscape, Environmental, Façade, etc. for planning and designing of high-rise residential, commercial, hospitality & Institutional projects.

2. Coordinating with legal, liaisoning, marketing, and sales departments to provide all necessary information like legal plans, sales plans, allotments, area statements, etc.

3. Coordinate with various agencies to get NOCs for sanctioning work.

4. Producing detailed drawings for the Execution team on time, monitoring & coordinate with the project team for smooth execution of work. Site checking & site coordination for projects.

5. Documentation, Fair Knowledge of NBC, Local Government Body Building rules, Fire Norms, Environment Norms, Rera and its documentation, Master plans, Land use & zoning.

6. Review construction documents to foresee prospective site issues and resolve them on the drawing board with all the consultants involved.

7. Coordination with the site team, vendors/contractors, and all stakeholders involved in the delivery of projects.

8. Managing and maintaining drawing deliverable records, and Safeguarding the project drawings & documents.

9. Produce detailed blueprints and make any necessary corrections & compile project specifications and Keep within budgets and timelines.

10. Following the latest materials, architectural trends, and advancements, an understanding of all aspects of the design.

We are currently hiring a Frontend developer for a startup in the B2C marketplace space based out of Mumbai.  This startup is an Online Marketplace, that serves as a Discovery and Booking Platform for Kids’ Activity Classes. Operations were launched in  November 2019, and have over 20KParents and 500+ educators listed on our Platform across the major Tier-I and Tier-II cities in India.

1. A SaaS platform for educators to simplify the management of their classes and

workshops. Educators get access to a dashboard and use our Class Management tool

to create listings, view registrations, manage bookings and payments. The dashboard

also provides analytics for teachers to track visitor traffic, see drop offs and

understand which social media channel generates maximum ROI for them.
