What will you do?
• Develop and manage business relationships with large organizations
• Represent Houm Technology in meetings with these organizations, present our Product concept and explain our Product value proposition
• Act as a single point of contact at Houm Technology for strategically important B2B relationships
• Planning and managing client accounts and coordinating consumer outreach activities
• Building new relationships with multiple B2B relationships
• Create an innovative way to partner with organizations to offer our product to their consumers
Skillsets
• MBA or equivalent degree from premium business schools
• Ideal to have B2B relationship management experience of between 3 to 5 years
• Interpersonal relationship-building skills is key to success
• Articulate with excellent verbal and presentation skills
• Ability to smoothly interact with senior executives of the corporate world

Esper is looking for a software engineer to transform the customer experience
for developers and engineering teams using the platform of services to deploy
and build out their device fleets. You and your team will own services that will
enable customers to develop and customize their development process, along
with easing their use of Continuous Integration techniques for their software. We
need a leader that is experienced in delivering scalable multi-region fault tolerant
systems, is passionate about the developer tools space, is excited to have
software developers as their customers, and is obsessed about creating
compelling customer experiences.

Basic Qualifications

2 -4 years of professional software development experience
You’ve designed, built, scaled and maintained production services, and know how to compose a service oriented architecture.
Degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
You write high quality, well tested code to meet the needs of your customers
You are comfortable with programming languages like Go, Python, Java
You’ve good understanding of databases system like Postgres. Extensive Knowledge about Postgres is a big plus.
You’ve have worked with Docker, Kubernetes and have fundamental understanding of distributed systems like Kafka, Elasticsearch

Preferred Qualifications

Experience taking a lead role developing complex software systems that have successfully been delivered to customers.
Experience in communicating with users, other technical teams and senior management to collect requirements, describe software product features, technical designs and product strategy.
Knowledge of professional software engineering practices & best practices for full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, continuous deployments, testing and operations
Demonstrated ability to mentor junior software engineers in all aspects of their engineering skill-sets.

The Opportunity
We are looking for an automation specialist who will play a key role in Sattva's digitisation
initiatives. Our rapid growth in the last year has underscored the importance of
technology-driven solutions to manage business processes at scale.
Currently our tech landscape is a collection of best-of-breed SaaS solutions that need to be
integrated/extended based on business needs. This role involves identifying automation
opportunities and realising them through low/no-code platforms like AppSheet, Zapier, etc. It is a technical role that also involves interfacing with people across different Business Units within Sattva. It offers the opportunity to work with best-in-class SaaS solutions like Google Workspace, FreshTeams, ClickUp, and QuickBooks.

Responsibilities
● Analyse existing landscape of SaaS solutions to identify automation gaps in key
business process
● Integrate best-of-breed SaaS solutions using APIs and Low/No-Code tools
● Build apps to extend existing SaaS solutions like FreshTeams, QuickBooks, ClickUp, etc
using available APIs and SDKs
● Configure SaaS solutions to meet the needs of a specific Business Unit or of a defined
security policy
● Build Slack apps to integrate with SaaS solutions in the landscape
● Troubleshoot technical issues with the configured solutions in the landscape

Ideal Candidate Profile
● 1+ years of experience in integrating/extending SaaS solutions
● Solid expertise in developing automation scripts and applications using Javascript or
Python
● Strong problem-solving ability
● Excellent communication skills
● Proven ability to interface with multiple stakeholders across business vertical

Excellent knowledge of object oriented programming using PHP. Experience in LAMP environment 3+ years Experience in PHP Framework mainly, Laravel RDBMS – MySQL and Maria db HTML5, CSS3/4, BootStrap, Github Strong knowledge of MVC design Experience  in SDLC (promoting code from DEV/TEST/STAGE/PROD) RestFul API, JSON

Web Services

1. 2+ years of experience with Java MVC frameworks like Spring / Dropwizard / Play and with
MySQL / Oracle / PostgreSQL
2. Experience building at least one application from scratch
3. Understanding of at least one test frameworks and basic system administration
4. Experience with cache store / message broker like Redis / RabbitMQ / Kafka
5. Good to have: Experience with NoSQL databases like Cassandra, MongoDb, Neo4j, ElasticSearch
etc and Understanding of different concurrency models used in Akka, node.js, Go, RxJava etc
6. Interest in learning new languages / framework as needed
