Role: Senior Integration Engineer

Location: Remote/Delhi NCR

Experience: 4-8 years

Position Overview :

We are seeking a Senior Integration Engineer with deep expertise in building and managing integrations across Finance, ERP, and business systems. The ideal candidate will have both technical proficiency and strong business understanding, enabling them to translate finance team needs into robust, scalable, and fault-tolerant solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain integrations between financial systems, ERPs, and related applications (e.g., expense management, commissions, accounting, sales)
• Gather requirements from Finance and Business stakeholders, analyze pain points, and translate them into effective integration solutions
• Build and support integrations using SOAP and REST APIs, ensuring reliability, scalability, and best practices for logging, error handling, and edge cases
• Develop, debug, and maintain workflows and automations in platforms such as Workato and Exactly Connect
• Support and troubleshoot NetSuite SuiteScript, Suiteflows, and related ERP customizations
• Write, optimize, and execute queries for Zuora (ZQL, Business Objects) and support invoice template customization (HTML)
• Implement integrations leveraging AWS (RDS, S3) and SFTP for secure and scalable data exchange
• Perform database operations and scripting using Python and JavaScript for transformation, validation, and automation tasks
• Provide functional support and debugging for finance tools such as Concur and Coupa
• Ensure integration architecture follows best practices for fault tolerance, monitoring, and maintainability
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Business, and IT teams to align technology solutions with business goals.

Qualifications:

• 3-8 years of experience in software/system integration with strong exposure to Finance and ERP systems
• Proven experience integrating ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, Zuora, Coupa, Concur) with financial tools
• Strong understanding of finance and business processes: accounting, commissions, expense management, sales operations
• Hands-on experience with SOAP, REST APIs, Workato, AWS services, SFTP
• Working knowledge of NetSuite SuiteScript, Suiteflows, and Zuora queries (ZQL, Business Objects, invoice templates)
• Proficiency with databases, Python, JavaScript, and SQL query optimization
• Familiarity with Concur and Coupa functionality
• Strong debugging, problem-solving, and requirement-gathering skills
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional business teams.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with integration design patterns and frameworks
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines for integration deployments

• Should be responsible for Scrum Master role and taking care of proper Daily Stand Up Meeting with the team and ensure team efficiency & unblock them by resolving their concerns.

• Should be able to define proper Sprint Cycle & timeline for particular sub-part of the Product. Should be able to plan the Sprint items in such a manner that there is some needful & working sub-part of the Product is coming out at the end of every Sprint Cycle.
• Should be able to update Product Owner timely if there is any issue/challenge in the development team.
• Should be able to timely raise alarm / red flag to Senior Management/Product Owner if there is any major challenge in the Product.
• Should be able to manage team leave plans and then accordingly planning the Sprint Cycle.
• Take care of end-to-end timely and quality delivery of the complete product.
• Additionally , should be responsible for validating the product and ensure the quality of the product by identifying the bugs in the product. Should be able to timely update the development team for the bugs and push the dev team to timely resolve the bugs/issues.

THE POSITION

Ashnik is looking for talented and passionate Technical consultant to be part of the training team and work with customers on DevOps Solution. You will be responsible for implementation and consultations related work for customers across SEA and India. We are looking for personnel with personal qualities like -

• Aptitude for learning new technology and willingness to understand technologies which he/she is not directly working on.
• Willingness to travel within and outside the country.
• Ability to independently work at the customer site and navigate through different teams.

RESPONSIBILITIES

                     First 2 months:

• Get an in-depth understanding of Containers, Kubernetes, CI/CD, IaC.
• Get hands-on experience with various technologies of Mirantis Kubernetes Engine, Terraform, Vault, Sysdig

After 2 months: The ideal candidate can will ensure the following outcomes from every client deployment:

• Utilize various open source technologies and tools to orchestrate solutions.
• Write scripts and automation using Perl/Python/Groovy/Java/Bash
• Build independent tools and solutions to effectively scale the infrastructure.
• Will be involved in automation using CI/CD/DevOps concepts.
• Be able to document procedures for building and deploying.
• Build independent tools and solutions to effectively scale the infrastructure.
• Work on a cloud-based infrastructure spanning Amazon Web Services and Microsoft Azure
• Work with pre-sales and sales team to help customers during their evaluation of Terraform, Vault and other open source technologies.
• Conduct workshops for customers as needed for technical hand-holding and technical handover.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Graduate/Post Graduate in any technology.
• Hands on experience in Terraform, AWS Cloud Formation, Ansible, Jenkins, Docker, Git, Jira etc
• Hands on experience at least in one scripting language like Perl/Python/Groovy/Bash
• Knowledge of Java/JVM based languages.
• Experience in Jenkins maintenance and scalability, designing and implementing advanced automation pipelines with Jenkins.
• Experience with a repository manager like JFrog Artifactory
• Strong background in git, Github/Bitbucket, and code branching/merging strategies
• Ability to understand and make trade-offs among different DevOps tools.

ADDITIONAL SKILLS

• Experience with Kubernetes, AWS, Google Cloud and/or Azure is a strong plus
• Some experience with secrets/key management preferably with HashiCorp Vault
• Experience using monitoring solutions, i.e. Datadog, Prometheus, ELK Stack, NewRelic, Nagios etc
