About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated B2B CXO Sales Development Representative (SDR) to generate and qualify leads at the CXO/decision-maker level for enterprise accounts. This role requires strong communication, consultative sales skills, and experience in engaging senior leadership in organizations across multiple industries.
You will be the first point of contact for enterprise prospects, responsible for opening conversations, mapping accounts, and nurturing qualified leads for the Business Development/Account Management teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Research, identify, and prospect CXO-level decision makers (CEO, CIO, CHRO, CFO, CLO, etc.) within enterprise accounts.
- Build account intelligence through account mapping, lead research, and CRM tools.
- Execute targeted outbound campaigns (cold calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach) to generate qualified meetings.
- Craft personalized outreach to address CXO pain points and position company solutions.
- Qualify leads based on business needs, decision-making authority, and budget.
- Collaborate with marketing to follow up on inbound leads and event/webinar attendees.
- Maintain accurate lead data, track conversations, and update CRM (HubSpot/Salesforce/Zoho).
- Work closely with the Business Development Managers to ensure seamless handoff of qualified opportunities.
