Sr.Backend Developer

We are looking for someone who loves working with:
 Python. Django Rest Framework experience would be great, but not essential! We prioritise
quality over quantity.
 Postgres with InfluxDB, Oracle, MySQL and Redis experience a plus.
 Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, OpenShift and associated tooling.
 AWS, especially ECS, Lambda, RDS and DynamoDB. Performance and uptime are super
important to us.
 The challenge of scaling a global, distributed API to 10,000+ requests per second.
 We have SDKs in a bunch of languages, so the more polyglot you are the better.
 If you like writing JS and React that would be awesome too.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or IT related field
• 4-6 years of experience working across different product domains in a product development/engineering role

• Good communication skills necessary to manage business requests and work with different teams across differ-
ent geographies and time-zones; experience working with remote and distributed teams will be an added ad-
vantage

• Hands-on working knowledge and experience is requiredin:
a. JavaScript, Typescript, NodeJS (Express, NestJs, etc.)
b. Experience working in GCP or AWS or Azure
c. Experience working in Containers & Unix Platforms
d. Relational Databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL, etc.)
e. Agile Methodologies (Scrum, TDD, BDD, etc.)
f. Understanding of Microservices Architecture, Domain Driver Design, Test Driven Development and
Secure Design patterns and architecture is a must
g. Data Structures and Algorithms using Javascript, Typescriptand/or other Programing Languages
h. Strong organizational skills
i. Agile Methodologies (Scrum, TDD, BDD, etc.)
• Experience with several of the following tools/technologies is desirable:
a. GIT (Bit Bucket, Gitlab, etc.), Jira, Gradle, Maven, Jenkins, SharePoint, Eclipse/IntelliJ.
b. Design Patterns and implementing the Design Patterns
c. Development of Complex Application and System Architectures
d. NoSQL Databases (Redis, Mongo, etc.)
e. Full stack development
f. Experience working with CI/CD pipelines with for example GitHub Actions.
• Knowledge of the following technologies is a plus:
a. Other Programming Languages (Java, Python, etc.)
b. Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery Tools like Jenkins, Git, etc.
c. Secure Development based on OWASP standards

Requirements
Programming expertise in latest technologies including; Java
Expertise in MuleSoft, Maven, Gradle, oAuth2.0, JWT, Spring Boot, Microservice Architecture, Web services (SOAP/ REST), Hibernate.
Expertise in DB (MongoDB, MySQL, PostgreSQL)
Experience in developing Continuous Integration/ Continuous Delivery pipelines (CI/ CD)
Proficiency in AWS, AZURE, Docker, DevOps, Git, Jenkins
Extensive experience in parsing XML and JSON and integration with API/ WS
Well versed in software engineering principles, frameworks and technologies.
Excellent communication and team management skills
Self-directed team player who thrives in a continually changing environment
Strong customer service/client service skills.

Desired Candidate Profile
Experience developing and analysing code for a web-based application
Maintain a flexible work schedule and perform other duties when assigned

Roles & Responsibilities: • Build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code for our web application • Translate application storyboards and use cases into functional applications • Owns the projects/products modules and reports to Project/Product lead for work. • Should be able to work independently • Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to mitigate and address these issues Requirements: • Minimum 5+ years of experience with .Net development • Very good knowledge of web development including C#, ASP.NET, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, XML, Web service • Experience in .NET 4.0+, such as ASP.NET MVC web applications • Hands-on experience with ability to work independently without supervision • Experience with social networking applications and audio applications will be preferred • A degree in Computer Science or equivalent .Net experience • Experience in database management with Postgres and SQL Server • Strong analytical and problem solving skills • Knowledge of source code management is a must
