Job Brief:-
We are currently hiring a Python Developer to join our engineering team to develop dynamic
software applications.

Main Responsibilities of the Python Engineer:-
Your responsibilities will include:
• Writing effective and scalable Python codes
• Designing and implementing robust applications
• Debugging applications to ensure low-latency and high-availability
• Integrating user-facing elements with server-side logic
• Implementing security and data protection
• Accommodating various data storage solutions

Key Requirements:-
• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field
• You have prior experience as a Python Developer
• Good knowledge Django framework
• Good knowledge in Lambda and AWS.
• Familiarity with front-end technologies, such as JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3
• Knowledge of ORM (Object Relational Mapper)
• Familiarity with various testing tools.

Work Location : Pune preferred, Remote option available

Work Timing US Shift 2:30 PM to 11:30 PM or 6:30pm to 3:30am IST

RESPONSIBILITIES
The Senior Software development engineer core responsibilities include technically leading a
small team of software development engineers along with writing code in a highly modular,
scalable, maintainable, unit tested platform. You will be working in a fast-paced, agile, dynamic
work environment that has an immediate business impact.

MUST HAVE
● You have 5-7 years of relevant Industry experience.
● You have experience in technically leading a small team of highly motivated engineers,
in guiding them in understanding of requirements, in architecture/design (high level/low
level) of the applications, in best coding and QA practices, in reviewing their software
artefacts.
● You are a rockstar programmer/coder - should be able to convert requirements/design
into code fluently.
● You have a strong concept in design principles, patterns.
● You have good experience in Linux OS.
● You have a solid foundation in computer science, with strong competencies in data
structures, algorithms and software design.
● Have a penchant for solving complex and interesting problems.
● Worked in startups like environment with high levels of ownership and commitment.
● BTech, MTech or PhD in Computer Science or related Technical Discipline - preferably
from premier Engineering colleges.
● Good skills to write unit & integration tests with reasonable coverage of code &
interfaces.

NICE TO HAVE
● Knowledge of databases, Cloud, preferably AWS
● Experience in Python, Python frameworks and libraries, and NodeJS.

Exp. - 4 to 10 years.
Notice Period should be imemdiate or Max 20 Days
● Experience in Core Java  and Spring.
● Extensive experience in developing enterprise-scale n-tier applications for financial
domain. Should possess good architectural knowledge and be aware of enterprise
application design patterns.
● Should have the ability to analyze, design, develop and test complex, low-latency
client-facing applications.
● Good development experience with RDBMS, preferably Sybase database.
● Good knowledge of multi-threading and high-volume server-side development.
● Experience in sales and trading platforms in investment banking/capital markets.
● Basic working knowledge of Unix/Linux.
● Excellent problem solving and coding skills in Java.
● Strong interpersonal, communication and analytical skills.
● Should have the ability to express their design ideas and thoughts.

This person MUST have:
- B.E Computer Science or equivalent
- 3 years experience with the Django framework
- Experience with building APIs (REST or GraphQL)
- Strong Troubleshooting and debugging skills
- React.js knowledge would be an added bonus
- Understanding on how to use a database like Postgres (prefered choice), SQLite,
MongoDB, MySQL.
- Sound knowledge of object-oriented design and analysis.
- A strong passion for writing simple, clean and efficient code.
- Proficient understanding of code versioning tools Git.
- Strong communication skills.

Experience:
- Min 3 year experience
- Startup experience is a must.
Location:
- Remote developer
Timings:
- 40 hours a week but with 4 hours a day overlapping with client timezone. Typically
clients are in California PST Timezone.
Position:
- Full time/Direct

Minimum 8 years of professional experience in software development.
• Knowledge of professional software engineering practices & best practices for the full
software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source
control management, build processes, testing, and operations.
• Experience in communicating with users, other technical teams, and management to
collect requirements, describe software product features, and technical designs.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in developing web application using .Net
framework/MVC
• Minimum 1 year of experience in cloud native application development using AWS or
Azure or google cloud.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in modern front-end JavaScript framework (Vue, React or
Angular).
• Expertise in - Creating APIs using JavaScript on NodeJS or in C# on .NET core.
• Expertise in working with relational and non-relational databases.
• Working experience in Test driven development (TDD).
• Working experience in SOLID principles.
• Experience and understanding of Agile Development methodologies, especially Scrum.
• Fast learner, open to learning new technologies when needed.
• Sound understanding of how modern web apps are architecture with JavaScript driving
the application flow and APIs as the backend.
• Experience building complex software systems that have been successfully delivered to
customers.
• Self-directed and detail oriented.
