Senior Full Stack Engineer

At Aurigin we believe a strong team can deliver great products. We are looking for a senior engineer who can be part of our team and work in an agile development environment. As a senior engineer you would be responsible or leading a team of our developers to define and grow our core platform. You would be working with the product team to understand, design, and implement new features and extensions to our platform. You would be responsible for mentoring and guiding junior engineers.  We are looking for someone who has a sound understanding of fundamental design principles of software development. 

• 6-8 years of relevant software development experience
• Extensive experience of building and designing web applications 
• Experience with designing and architecting web applications with SPA framework on the frontend and service oriented framework on the backend.
• Proficiency in either one of front-end or backend technologies 
• Experience working in a scrum based agile team.

• Experience with Java or JVM based frameworks
• Experience with React library and ecosystem.
• Knowledge of vanilla JavaScript is a big plus.
• Past experience working in a start-up and/or fintech industry.

Aurigin provides thousands of live, curated transactions from late-stage VC to PE, M&A, and pre-IPO investments online, globally. Our proprietary matching software matches sell-side characteristics with buy-side investment criteria, generating high-quality matches in seconds in a confidential and non-disclosed manner. Qualification

B.Tech/B.E/M.Tech/MS or PhD in Computer Science or related technical discipline.

The role requires solid programming experience along with demonstrated ability to take

ownership and drive solutions to closure. You will play a key role in architectural as well as

strategic product decisions.

Must Have

4-6 years of relevant software development experience

Extensive experience of building Web applications

Excellent proficiency in front-end technologies (NodeJS /JavaScript/HTML/CSS /Angular/Bootstrap/React and related frameworks)

Hand-on experience in building with React JS / Node JS

Experience with Responsive UI

Excellent knowledge of Algorithms, Data structures and Optimizations

Good to Have

Experience in C# or Java along with related frameworks

Hands-on experience in building REST APIs at scale

Experience with Python / ELK stack
