About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic Sales & Marketing Engineer with proven expertise in Building Automation Solutions & ELV Project Sales. The ideal candidate will drive business growth, build strong client relationships, and deliver tailored automation solutions to meet customer needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales & marketing strategies for Building Automation Solutions (BAS).
- Identify and convert new business opportunities across target industries.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships; conduct product demos & presentations.
- Provide technical support during pre-sales and post-sales stages.
- Conduct market research, analyze competitor activities, and gather customer insights.
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s in Instrumentation / Electronics / Automation Engineering (or related field).
- 8–10 years of experience in Sales & Marketing of BAS/ELV systems.
- Strong technical knowledge of HVAC, BMS & Automation Products.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
