Skills required:

• Strong problem solving skills.

• You will develop front-end for our products and collaborate with designers, other engineers, and product managers to build new features, iterate on current features, and build a world-class user experience.  
• Build responsive & re-usable UI components using ReactJS, as per the specifications and guidelines 
• Maintain & manage the state of the application using Redux and be in sync with the server. Rapidly iterate prototypes based on design updates and new requirements.  
• You will build applications that are reliable, secure and optimized for performance across all environments 
• Write high-quality code 
• Build large scalable applications for cloud deployment 
• Build pixel-perfect UIs across both mobile platforms 
• Leverage native APIs for deep integrations with both platforms 
• Diagnose and fix bugs and performance bottlenecks for performance that feels native

Minimum Qualification

• Bachelor’s in computer science or relevant fields
• 2+ years of relevant work experience 
• Strong sense of ownership
• Attitude for getting things done
• Understanding of basic Rest Principles
• Familiar with project management tools like JIRA etc.
• Will be involved in developing any enterprise systems like eCommerce, manufacturing, supply chain, etc.,
• Excellent understanding of performance and optimization techniques
• Experience of working with Git
• Ability to work in a fast-paced start-up environment

• Collaborate with product, design, and other engineering teams to brainstorm and resolve complex problems.
• Ensure the quality of code is up to the highest standard of readability, conciseness, efficiency, modularity, and extensibility.
• Experience with the entire Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• Solid communication skills: Demonstrated ability to explain complex technical issues to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Talking to customers and business teams to suggest improvement areas in product flows.
• Create peer learnings for team members and build context for new teammates
• Help with building the company's tech team and iterating on the hiring framework.
• Provide regular feedback to your team (peers and managers) to ensure continuous improvement.
• Keeping abreast with the latest technologies and working on your skills regularly.

Must-haves

• At least 3 years of experience working in frontend for desktop and mobile web.
• Familiar with design tools and convert them to actual code (HTML+CSS+JavaScript)
• Mastery in DOM Manipulation (including Jquery) and understand components, CTAs.
• Well-versed in other non-vanilla languages (ex. TypeScript)
• Well-versed in standard frontend framework (ex. ReactJS)
• Understanding of GraphQL APIs.
• Deep understanding of web technologies in various mobile systems
• Have empathy for the users you build for

Good to have

• Experience in the fintech industry
• Experience leading design and implementation of robust and secure web services.

• Expertise in Javascript, JQuery, W3 CSS, CSS3, HTML5
• Deep understanding of client-side, frameworks such as React.js, Redux & Hooks
• Performance optimization techniques for the web and mobile web
• Expertise in Integrating and maintaining RESTful Web-Services
• Good understanding of AJAX, asynchronous request handling, partial page updates
• Good understanding of Virtual DOM, Data structure, and data manipulation
• Deep understanding of UX principles & building GUI
