About the role

We're looking for a Senior AI Engineer who can also operate as the technical lead for our small engineering team. This is a founding-team role. You'll set the technical direction, ship features fast, and work directly with the PM and leadership on what gets built and how.

This is not a pure IC role. You'll be the senior-most engineer in the room, which means you own the architecture, mentor the team, and are the bridge between product and engineering.

Responsibilities

• Lead the engineering team: set technical direction, review code, unblock junior engineers, and create a culture of high ownership and fast shipping
• Build and own the AI pipeline: from prompt engineering and LLM integration to fine-tuning and model evaluation
• Ship product, fast: work closely with the PM to scope features, make build-vs-buy calls, and get things into production without unnecessary overhead
• Design scalable backend systems: APIs, data pipelines, OCR and document processing workflows, all built for the school-scale data volumes we're working with
• Think about scale while moving at startup speed: architecture decisions now need to hold up as we expand across hundreds of schools
• Influence the roadmap: you'll have a seat at the table on what features get prioritised and how we evolve the product

What we're looking for

• At least 5 years of software engineering experience, with at least 2 years in AI/ML engineering roles
• Hands-on experience building and shipping LLM-powered features in production: prompt engineering, RAG, fine-tuning, evaluation pipelines
• Strong Python backend skills; experience with FastAPI or similar; comfort with data-heavy workloads
• Experience in a tech lead or senior IC role: you've mentored engineers and driven technical decisions, not just executed them
• High ownership, zero-to-one mentality: you've built systems from scratch and know what good looks like at an early stage
• Comfort working directly with product and business stakeholders, not just engineering

Good to have

• Experience at an AI-first company or EdTech product where AI is the core. 
• Worked on OCR, document processing, or exam/assessment data pipelines
• Frontend exposure (React / TypeScript) — we're a small team and full-stack flexibility helps

We are hiring an SAP PP Consultant to manage and support Production Planning (PP) processes including MRP, BOM, routing, capacity planning, and production orders. The role includes configuration, integration, and user support.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for managing and driving a team of Virtual Relationship Managers (VRM) handling a portfolio of eligible customers in order to achieve the targets set and that all guidelines and regulatory requirements are followed. Ensuring that customers get world-class services and their needs are understood and met through financial products that the Bank has to offer.
• Consistently meet portfolio objectives defined Viz. sales, income, group product holding etc.

• Monitoring and tracking the VRMs on revenue generation, product penetration, digital penetration, and liability growth and ensuring that the required product mix is maintained at the resource level to achieve the targeted number.
• The team Manager will be responsible for Sales Management through leads generated for a set of products from a fixed non-managed customer with the express objective of achieving business targets and efficiency targets related to outbound database calling management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 4 years of team lead experience.
• Candidate should have a banking or voice process background.

• The role involves development using C/C++ and related technologies on Windows and Linux platforms. You will be a part of the core product team developing the product. It will involve participation in requirements analysis, impact analysis, design, coding, review, testing and preparing test cases.

Requirements for the Role

• 5+ years experience with manual and automation testing
• Experience with QA methodologies for large scale web and mobile applications, understanding of software development process
• Experience with mobile,(android and iOS) web and API automation testing using tools such as Selenium, Appium and Postman
• Demonstrated ability to work well with others in a team environment and with geographically distributed teams
• Experience working with SCM tools like Git
• Experience in implementing CI/CD regression pipelines

Job Summary

• Candidates must have knowledge of converting PSD/Figma/Xd into HTML(WordPress) with custom bootstrap coded.
• Must have knowledge of WordPress page builders like Elementor, DIVI, Beaver Builder or Visual Composer and able to customize WordPress plugins if needed.

• Good understanding of front-end technologies, including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery.
• Experience designing and developing responsive design websites.

• Ability to understand CSS changes and their ramifications to ensure consistent style across platforms and browsers.
• Ability to convert comprehensive layouts and wireframes into working HTML pages.

• Strong understanding of PHP back-end development
