Position: Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant

Reporting to: COO/CEO

Brief:

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Executive Assistant (EA) or Personal Assistant (PA) to provide comprehensive administrative support to senior executives and ensure smooth office operations. The ideal candidate will have exceptional organizational, communication, and multitasking skills, along with the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

• Calendar and Scheduling: Efficiently manage calendars, coordinate schedules, and arrange appointments for executives.
• Travel Arrangements: Organize and book travel including flights, hotels, transportation, and related logistics.
• Correspondence Management: Screen, manage, and respond to emails, phone calls, and other correspondence, ensuring timely and appropriate follow-up.
• File and Record Management: Maintain both digital and physical filing systems, ensuring records are organized and accessible.
• Cross-functional Team Coordination: Collaborate with multiple departments to ensure project deadlines and tasks are met effectively.
• Meeting and Event Coordination: Schedule, prepare, and coordinate meetings, events, and conferences, ensuring all logistical aspects are managed smoothly.
• Communication and Teamwork: Facilitate effective communication within teams and departments, ensuring the timely execution of tasks.
• Office Activities Coordination: Streamline various office activities to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Office Supplies Management: Order and maintain office supplies, ensuring availability and minimizing shortages.
• Collaboration with Accounting & Finance: Coordinate with finance and accounting teams for expense tracking, invoicing, and budgeting.

Qualification and Skills:

• Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or in a similar role.
• Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
• Familiarity with office technologies and tools (e.g., e-calendars, copy machines, office management software).
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information.
• High school diploma required; PA diploma or certification is a plus.

• Problem-solving abilities and resourcefulness.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proactive attitude with the ability to work independently.

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Producing a diverse range of blog posts focused on subjects pertaining to the field 

   of photography.

2. To compose a myriad of blog entries pertaining to subject matters of relevance to the

    realm of photography.

3. Undertaking comprehensive research into diverse subjects and products.

4. Supervising content interns and deliberating relevant material for blog publication.

5. Compose material for utilization in Facebook and Google advertisements.

6. Strategize and execute video content production.

7. Creation of marketing campaign material

8. Enhance content through the implementation of best practices in SEO.

Skills Required

• Excellent writing skills and proficiency in grammar and spelling.

• Ability to create compelling, engaging, and informative content

• Strong research skills to gather information from various sources.

• Knowledge of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) techniques to optimize content

We are looking for a “Street Smart” Media sales executive 

• Understand KreedOn’s advertising opportunities to build relevant brand solutions for our advertisers and deliver the highest level of sales.
• Reaching out to and building relationship with all the major Digital Ad Agencies & Ad- Networks
• Prospect, penetrate and create new relationships with clients and advertising agencies.
• Will be responsible to map clients and generate business for all properties that can be monetized on KreedOn platform.
• Understand the value of KreedOn's products and pricing as well as competitive offerings and articulate KreedOn’s benefits in a manner meaningful to the customer.
• Job would require researching Relevant customers, Cold calling them for meetings, understanding their goals, propose solutions and close sales
• Should be proficient in creating sales pipelines, manage and lead everything from lead generation to client servicing.
• Should be proficient in verbal and written communication which includes creating formal sales presentations, writing high-conversion emails and other communication tasks.
• Should have deep understanding of display sales models, web-based native content sales, Brand Solutions sales and digital product sales including SaaS solutions.
• Should have deep understanding of the advertising ecosystem and should be well networked with various digital advertising agencies, Brand managers and key planners PAN India.
• Work closely with the editorial, marketing and technology team of KreedOn to build brand solutions.
• The candidate will closely work with the core team to develop the market but will be expected to manage the planning and development of existing accounts and nurturing new accounts and closing sales opportunities independently.
• Should be familiar with CRM tools like hubspot . All the sales need to be managed through company CRM.
• High work ethics , Remote work ready and deliver results working remotely

Expected Qualities :

• 3 years of minimum experience in Brand solutioning and Digital Media Sales (Digital Content Sales/Banner Ads/Sponsorships and other digital product) with an excellent track record.

We need visual designers who have mastered the basics of UI, graphic design, branding, and visual communication. This is because they have to translate a brand’s style and voice into a beautiful yet usable design. We take our design process seriously. Developing new user-facing features using React.js/React Native

• Building reusable components and front-end libraries for future use
• Translating designs and wireframes into high-quality code
• Optimizing components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model
• Experience with popular React.js workflows (such as Flux or Redux)
• Familiarity with newer specifications of EcmaScript
• Experience with data structure libraries (e.g., Immutable.js)
• Knowledge of isomorphic React is a plus
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs
• Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms, such as JSON Web Token
• Experience with common front-end development tools such as Babel, Webpack, NPM, etc.
• Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements
• A knack for benchmarking and optimization
• Ability to work through new and difficult React Native Issues and contribute to libraries as needed.
• Ability to create and maintain continuous integration and delivery of React Native applications.
