At Kafqa, we are building the next generation performing arts platform. Our mission is to transform how India learns, performs, and watches performing arts. Our launch services consist of technology-enabled dance classes in our proprietary studios, production facilities, and social media broadcasting and competitions.

FOUNDER AND TEAM:
The founder is Shariq Plasticwala. He is a graduate of IIT Bombay & Stanford GSB. He was part of the founding team of Amazon India where he played a key role for over 8 years.

Among his roles at Amazon, he was the CEO of Amazon’s first joint venture in India and a board member of Amazon’s payments business. The other members of the founding team consisted of senior executives from Shiamak Davar & Byju’s.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
● Develop, test, deploy and release new user-facing features
● Set continuous delivery and continuous improvement in front-end development,
● Developing scalable, reusable components and front-end libraries,
● Translating UI designs and UX wireframes into high-quality codes
● Optimizing components for maximum performance,
● An advocate of general engineering best practices such as domain-driven code architecture, encapsulation, separation of concerns, single responsibility, clean code practices, etc.

REQUIREMENTS:
● 3-5 Years of experience in react native.
● A knack for writing clean, readable React-Native code
● Solid understanding of object-oriented programming
● Understanding and grasp of Agile development and Scrum practices
● Familiarity with version control Git (Github or Gitlab)
● Flexibility and deadline-driven.

Requirement:

1 - 3 Years of Total Experience in iOS Programming
Strong knowledge of iOS frameworks and proficiency in Objective-C.
Understanding of Mobile programming languages such as Swift 4.0, Objective-C or Cocoa Touch.
Experience working with iOS frameworks like Core Data, Core Graphics, Core Animation. In-depth knowledge of native iOS development frameworks (API, testing, deployment, etc. ).
Familiarity with push notifications and cloud message APIs. Ability to evaluate new technology to optimize application development.
Ability to connect iOS apps to back-end services.
Strong understanding of UXUI standards. Strong knowledge of Apple Design and Interface principles.
Strong understanding of the iOS mobile app development cycle.
Need to have proficiency in iOS app designer with excellent problem-solving skills.
Should have adequate knowledge of iOS patterns and practices Responsibilities Design and create high-level iOS applications for mobile devices. Use core data core animation for the iOS framework.
Monitor the performance of apps and make improvements as required.
Identify and fix bugs. Write and maintain codes.
Research continuously and acquire the latest technologies for maximum efficiency.

Roles and Responsibilities: Flutter Developer

• Experience range should be 2 to 6 years with 2 years of strong Flutter Development Experience.
• This is going to be and Individual Contributor role hence candidate should be able to single-handedly perform tasks, manage role/project and seek direction by him/herself.
• Strong Coding and Development exposure in Flutter.
• Azure Exposure is mandatory.
• GitHub Link is mandatory.

Roles and Responsibilities: Flutter Lead

• Experience range should be 7 to 9 years; currently leading a team for multiple projects.
• Minimum 2 years of strong Flutter Coding & Development experience.
• Minimum 2 years of Team-management experience.
• Alongside development exposure in Flutter, candidate should have good exposure in Testing and on Backend support.
• Azure Exposure is mandatory.
• GitHub Link is mandatory.

• Translate designs and wireframes into high quality code for TV, tablets and mobile
• Design, build, and maintain high performance, reusable, and reliable Kotlin code
• Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of the application

Android Developer Requirements:

• Proven experience as an app developer (2 - 4 years).
• Strong knowledge of Android SDK, different versions of Android, and how to deal with different screen sizes
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs to connect Android applications to back-end services
• Strong knowledge of Android UI design principles, patterns, and best practices
• Experience with offline storage, threading, and performance tuning
• Ability to design applications around natural user interfaces, such as “touch”

Desired Candidate Profile

• The candidate should be well versed with iPhone Application development.
• Should have excellent knowledge of Swift, C++ and OOPS concepts, JSON, Cocoa, GPS, SQLite, iPhone SDK, Xcode IDE.
• The coder should be well versed in using web services, Interface Builder & Debugging tools, Google map kits, multitasking.
• Should have worked on iPhone applications that have been published on the iTunes application store.

React Native Developer Job Description
