Role & Responsibilities

Achieve Revenue and Market Share Targets:

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.

Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities to expand market share.

Customer Engagement and Relationship Management:

Identify and develop relationships with key accounts and potential customers.

Set up product demonstrations, discuss technical solutions, and manage complex negotiations to secure contracts.

Market Analysis and Strategic Planning:

Analyze market trends and competitors to identify growth opportunities.

Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to the Director of Sales, highlighting performance and strategic insights.

Cross-functional Collaboration and Seamless Execution:

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled SharePoint Developer to design, develop, and maintain SharePoint solutions tailored to our organizational needs. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of SharePoint Online/On-Premises, customization, and integration with other systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, configure, and manage SharePoint sites, workflows, and applications.
• Create custom web parts, master pages, and templates using SharePoint Designer and Visual Studio.
• Design and implement solutions for content management, document management, and collaboration within SharePoint.
• Integrate SharePoint with other enterprise applications like Microsoft Teams, Power Automate, and Power BI.
• Debug and troubleshoot issues within SharePoint environments.
• Manage SharePoint permissions, security, and governance.
• Optimize SharePoint performance and provide technical support to end-users.
• Stay updated with SharePoint advancements and recommend improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a SharePoint Developer in SharePoint Online and/or On-Premises.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as C#, .NET, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS.
• Strong understanding of REST API, CAML, and CSOM/JSOM.
• Hands-on experience with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI) integration with SharePoint.
• Experience with SharePoint Framework (SPFx) for developing modern web parts and extensions.
• Familiarity with database technologies like SQL Server.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Job Description for Automation QA

Key Responsibilities

● Test web and mobile applications / services, ensuring they meet high-quality standards. ● Conduct thorough testing of e-commerce platforms in the automobile domain (e.g., carwale.com, cars24.com). ● Perform backend REST API testing, ensuring correct data in databases and debugging issues through logs, network responses, and database validations. ● Collaborate with cross-functional teams (developers, product managers, DevOps) to define and execute comprehensive test plans and strategies. ● Analyze and debug integration workflows, particularly with third-party services such as payment gateways and authentication providers. ● Ensure exceptional frontend UI/UX quality with meticulous attention to detail. ● Write, execute, and maintain detailed test cases based on user stories and business requirements. ● Conduct regression, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate product functionality. ● Monitor and analyze test results, report defects, and collaborate with developers for resolution. ● Use tools such as Postman, browser developer tools, and bug-tracking systems like JIRA effectively. ● Coordinate testing activities across multiple releases and environments. ● Facilitate test preparation, execution, and reporting while ensuring alignment with Agile frameworks. ● Maintain and update test documentation following requirement changes. ● Participate in daily stand-ups and sprint planning discussions, contributing to feature validation and delivery goals. ● Monitor and triage issues in collaboration with cross-functional teams to resolve them efficiently.

Required Skills & Qualifications

● 3+ years of experience in automation testing with hands-on exposure on web and backend testing, preferably in the e-commerce/automobile industry. ● Strong proficiency in testing tools like Postman, browser developer tools, and bug-tracking systems. ● Solid understanding of SQL, PostgreSQL, Python or MongoDB for data verification. ● Familiarity with async communication in service (e.g., AWS SQS, Apache Kafka) and debugging issues therein. ● Excellent knowledge of the software testing lifecycle (STLC) and Agile testing methodologies. ● Experience with version control systems like Git. ● Proven ability to debug issues in API integrations, logs, and databases. ● Strong communication and documentation skills for reporting bugs and preparing detailed test reports. ● Understanding of regression testing frameworks and expertise in functional and integration testing.

Additional Preferred Qualifications

● Experience with mobile testing frameworks and tools. ● Basic understanding of performance testing and debugging for optimized user experiences. ● Exposure to automation tools (not mandatory but advantageous).

The responsibilities would include, but not be limited to, the following:

Financial Reporting: You will be providing timely and accurate financial reporting to management together with strategic insights on the company s financial position. 

Accounting Systems and Processes - Understanding requirements, identifying, evaluating and implementing the most suitable accounting system/ tools needed to support the accounting needs of the organization

Implementing best in class accounting practices and Internal Control procedures considering:

• Accounts Payables - Purchase to Procurement Cycle & Policies, SOPs and SLAs
• Accounts Receivables - Billing Processes and Systems to raise timely invoices and perform ageing analysis
• Revenue and Cash Reconciliations and suggesting and implementing SOPs and SLAs

Financial Closure - Ensure timely and accurate monthly closures. Consistent analyzing of financial data and presenting financial reports in an accurate and timely manner; clearly communicate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements; monitor progress, changes and keep senior leadership abreast of the financial status;

Audit - Ensure timely year end financial closures – Statutory, Tax and IFC. Handle end to end audit process and ensure timely completion of audits

Compliances and knowledge - Understand the applicability and ensure compliance with all the relevant statutes impacting the company. Keep abreast with all regulations impacting the companies accounting, compliance and reporting requirements as well as those impacting the company’s operations. Understanding of Income Tax, GST, imports and exports, FDI Regulation, Companies Act, and other tax regulations

Automation - Identify and implement processes to automate all routine repetitive tasks.

Assisting leadership in the annual budgeting and planning process; administering and reviewing all financial plans and comparing to actual results with a view to identifying, explaining and correcting variances as appropriate;

Your key responsibilities will be converting PSD/Figma into HTML/CSS. You will also be responsible for writing clean, semantic front end code - HTML5, CSS3, JQuery, Java Script.
