As we continue to scale, we’re looking for a Senior Fullstack Engineer to lead our engineering teams and drive the successful delivery of our ambitious product roadmap.

Role Overview:

Experienced Full Stack Developer with 8 years of hands-on expertise in designing, developing, and deploying web applications.

• Proficient in backend development using Python, with strong skills in frameworks such as Django and FastAPI.
• Skilled in frontend development using ReactJS, ensuring seamless user interfaces and responsive design.
• Skilled at SQL database management, with a focus on performance optimization and data integrity.
• Capable of contributing to system design and architecture discussions, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security.
• Strong communicator with a track record of collaborating effectively within cross-functional teams and delivering high-quality solutions.
• Open to transitioning into Data Engineering roles leveraging strong SQL skills and understanding of data pipelines.
• Good debugging skills.

Key Skills:

• Backend Development: Extensive experience in Python-based backend development with Django and FastAPI frameworks. Proficient in building RESTful APIs, handling authentication, authorization, and data validation.
• Frontend Development: Skilled in frontend technologies, particularly ReactJS, for creating dynamic and responsive user interfaces. Familiar with state management libraries like Redux and context API.
• Database Management: Strong command over SQL for designing schemas, writing complex queries, and optimizing database performance. Experience with ORM frameworks like Django ORM.
• System Design: Understanding of system design principles, including scalability, performance optimization, and microservices architecture. Ability to contribute to architectural decisions and technical design discussions.
• Data Engineering: Open to roles in Data Engineering, with skills in SQL, data pipelines, ETL processes, and data warehousing concepts.

Note: Completely IC Role and Hands-on coding is mandatory.

Additional Skills (Good to Have):

• Experience with Next.js for server-side rendering and building React applications.
• Familiarity with Snowflake / Redshift for cloud-based data warehousing and analytics.
• Knowledge of data manipulation and analysis tools such as Pandas and NumPy.
• Exposure to Salesforce platform APIs and extensions or similar CRM functionalities.

• Architects and design the organization’s digital product(s) from the ground up using modern tools, technologies (Core Java), frameworks (Spring), and systems.

As a potential candidate, you are expected to have the following skills (technical):

9+years’ experience required in:

• Lead architecting of authenticated multi-role enterprise web applications with a strong understanding of user flows and interactions
• Advanced ability to influence leadership
• Expert commination skills and ability to shift narrative to different stakeholders
• Technical skills required: Java, SQL DB, Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery. ReactJs and Infrastructure Knowledge.
• Experience with Agile software and test-driven development, as well as the ability to find fulfillment in building innovative products a plus
• A clear IT Support Background, Testing background, and a solution design mindset is required.
• Prior experience of architecting software from a problem statement to a fully developed solution.

RESPONSIBILITIES 

Building and implementing top-notch user interfaces using Javascript and the Angular framework 

Writing efficient Javascript code while also using HTML and CSS 

Develop all server-side logic, including data storage to optimize website performance 

Using the latest front-end technologies, creating adaptable interfaces for online applications 

Leading with product-analysis tasks and conducting performance tests

Perform complex product analysis as well as development duties that may include significant research and analysis 

Ensuring extensive and proper documentation of solution designs and implementation for easy onboarding of new teammates

REQUIREMENTS 

Extensive knowledge, experience and understanding of JavaScript and Node.js 

Professional experience in full stack development using the NAP stack - Node.js, Angular, Postgres 

In depth understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to work around such issues 

Proficiency in browser rendering behavior and performance. 

Proficiency in Javascript, web stacks, libraries, and frameworks 

Proficient understanding of code versioning tools (Git) 

Good understanding of or working experience with IONIC framework is a major plus 

Understanding of data security concepts 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Program daily in Node.JS, Angular2+/React JS, Express, Bootstrap, MongoDB and others.

Build web-based and mobile-first front-end GUIs to support workflows.

Integrate with REST APIs and relational databases.

Build out new features and iterate on existing features.

Design and implement low-latency, high-availability and performant applications.

Help define architectures and design patterns.

Participate in code reviews.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

Real world web and service development experience.

Deep Experience with modern frameworks such as Node.JS, Angular2+/ React , Express & MongoDB.

Experience with server-side languages like Jade, EJS, etc

Experience with HTML5 & CSS3 frameworks such as bootstrap.

Experience with web services API integration (Rest, JSON, XML).

Experience in anyone one these Docker, Kubernates, AWS, Azure

What we are looking for?

• At least 3 years of experience of development on full-stack applications
• Experience with usage of NoSQL databases like MongoDB
