
**Job Summary:**
We are seeking an experienced **AI/ML Engineer with a Design** Background who has a strong command of Python and a proven track record of working with Blender. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing AI models that enhance 3D design workflows, automate design processes, and create cutting-edge visual solutions.
**Key Responsibilities:**
Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models to automate 3D design tasks and optimize design workflows.
Collaborate with design teams to understand business requirements and translate them into AI/ML solutions.
Develop custom scripts and plugins for Blender to enhance productivity and enable automation.
Train and fine-tune models for computer vision, object detection, texture generation, and 3D rendering.
Integrate AI models into design pipelines and ensure seamless interoperability between design tools.
Research and implement state-of-the-art AI/ML techniques in the field of 3D graphics and computer vision.
Optimize performance and scalability of AI models to meet production requirements.
Document code, processes, and best practices to maintain a high-quality codebase.
**Required Skills & Qualifications:**
Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Design, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in AI/ML model development.
Strong programming skills in Python with experience in libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
Hands-on experience with Blender scripting (Blender API, bpy).
Experience in 3D geometry, computer vision, and image processing.
Familiarity with deep learning techniques for 3D model generation, texture synthesis, and pose estimation.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
Experience with other 3D design tools like Maya, Houdini, or Unity.
Knowledge of generative design and reinforcement learning.
Understanding of photogrammetry and point cloud processing.
Familiarity with cloud-based AI/ML platforms.

You will play a key role in the design and development of the core UI, working directly with the Product team on realizing their needs and translating it into the product.

- Providing primary backup for networks should they fail.

Reporting and Business Intelligence
