What You’ll Do

• Build and enhance real-time voice agents for sales, support, and operations use cases
• Work with ASR, TTS, LLMs, and dialog orchestration frameworks to improve voice quality and response accuracy
• Integrate multiple providers (Deepgram, Sarvam, ElevenLabs, OpenAI) into a modular voice pipeline
• Reduce latency, improve interrupt handling, and make conversations more natural
• Own the agent evaluation process: call audits, response quality scoring, and accuracy improvements
• Collaborate with product teams and customers to understand real call behaviours and solve friction points
• Contribute to voice infrastructure: WebRTC, streaming sockets, call routing flows

⚙️ What You Bring

• 3–6 years of experience as an AI/ML/LLM Engineer working on voice or conversational systems
• Strong hands-on experience with LLM prompting, finetuning, embeddings, and RAG
• Solid understanding of STT and TTS models and tuning them for natural speech
• Proficiency in Python and Node.js
• Experience with real-time audio streaming (WebRTC, WebSockets) is a strong advantage
• Ability to debug live calls and rapidly improve agent behaviour
• Strong sense of ownership and willingness to iterate closely with users

Job Title: Business Development Executive (BDE) – IT Sales | Coimbatore / Tamil Nadu

About the Role:

We are looking for a Business Development Executive (BDE) with strong experience in B2B IT sales, client handling, and revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in acquiring and managing clients, handling end-to-end sales cycles, and driving business growth through consultative selling.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the IT / software services domain.
• Handle end-to-end client management — from lead generation to deal closure.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients to ensure repeat business.
• Develop and execute revenue growth strategies.
• Prepare business proposals, quotations, and sales presentations.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Work closely with the technical and delivery teams to ensure client satisfaction.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B IT Sales (not EdTech or educational sales).
• Proven track record in client acquisition, revenue management, and account handling.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• Must be based in Coimbatore or Tamil Nadu and available for on-site meetings when required.

Preferred Background:

Role & responsibilities

• Provide technical support to customers via email, phone, and ticketing system.
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to our API Services.
• Prepare customized reports for clients using SQL queries to extract information from database.
• Perform API integration in third-party applications.
• Run APIs in Postman / Unix command line to re-produce error conditions
• Document and track customer issues and resolutions in our ticketing system.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in PHP development or Technical Support role.
• Strong knowledge of API integration and testing.
• Strong knowledge of PHP and MySQL.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

The Senior Software Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software applications while working within a team of developers and collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and develop software solutions that meet client needs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in developing, and maintaining high-quality software applications using Python
• Must enjoy Coding with Passion
• Strong knowledge of software engineering principles, algorithms, data structures and design patterns
• Experience working with Django, Flask, Python-based web frameworks and Restful APIs
• Experience in database design and management with MongoDB
• Experience in distributed source control, such as Git
• Experience with scrum development methodology

• Good communication skills, both written and verbal, to facilitate clear communication with team members and stakeholders
• The ability to work in a collaborative team environment with willingness to share skills and knowledge

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
