• Minimum 1 years of relevant experience, in PySpark (mandatory)
• Hands on experience in development, test, deploy, maintain and improving data integration pipeline in AWS cloud environment is added plus 
• Ability to play lead role and independently manage 3-5 member of Pyspark development team

Job Summary: 

• This is a customer centric role which involves understanding the product, answering customer queries, troubleshooting customer problems, provide product usage trainings, and improve the overall product support process    
• This role demands hands-on knowledge on software development, and databases   
• You will liaise between customers and product managers and help in converting the software problems into product requirements and fixes 
• You will collaborate with internal teams for the design and development of key modules  
• You will interact with customers to provide technical support and guidance for users 

• Troubleshoot and debug problems and create SPRs and CRs 
• You will collaborate with other engineers, product managers and testing team to deliver fixes in a timely manner 

Eligibility: 

• Excellent verbal and written communication 
• 4+ years of experience in helpdesk or L1 support 

• Strong in SQL with 2+ years of hands-on experience in SQL and RDBMS. Any experience in NoSQL databases is a plus.

Role Description:

As a QA Engineer for all applications at Radiusagent (both web and mobile), you will conduct comprehensive black box QA testing. You will help engineers and customer service representatives triage difficult bugs, build reproducible test cases and investigate complex issues

Responsibilities

• Independently utilize innovative test methodologies to develop test plans and test strategies.

• You will help design, develop and execute automation scripts. (Appium/Selenium) and extend the automation library and framework.

• You will be working on Selenium/Appium.

• You will be involved in DB testing ( SQL)

• You will work efficiently in a multi-project agile environment

• You will be working on performance, security and scalability testing

• You will be working on troubleshooting apps using analytics data, crash reports, and user error reports.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare HR documents like job descriptions, employment contracts, relieving letters, etc..
• Create daily reports and presentations on HR metrics

• At least 5-10 years' experience working as a React.js Developer.
