Lead Frontend Developer- Shopify

Key Responsibilities -:

• Develop and maintain frontend features using Angular 15+ and migrate to Angular 19.
• Build reusable, modular, and scalable components for long-term maintainability.
• Implement responsive designs ensuring cross-browser and cross-device compatibility.
• Collaborate with designers to interpret Figma prototypes into pixel-perfect user interfaces.
• Work with Angular Material and TailwindCSS to ensure design consistency.
• Optimize code for performance, speed, and maintainability.
• Participate in code reviews, follow best practices, and contribute to continuous improvements.

Required Skills -:

• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with:
• Angular (v13+) – preferred Angular 15 or above.
• TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, CSS With Advanced Concepts.
• TailwindCSS and Angular Material for UI development.
• Familiarity with Figma to understand design handoffs.
• Strong grasp of responsive design principles.
• Experience in building reusable and modular components.
• Good debugging and performance optimization skills.

Nice to Have -:

• Exposure to frontend best practices like state management, lazy loading, and optimization.

Skills:

• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model
• Thorough understanding of React.js and its core principles
• Experience with popular React.js workflows (Redux)
• Familiarity with newer specifications of ECMAScript
• Experience with data structure libraries (e.g., Immutable.js)
• Knowledge of isomorphic React is a plus
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs

• Design and Build complicated Workflow
• Understanding the user persona and deliver slick experience
• Experience in JavaScript (ReactJS / Redux) React Native, HTML, CSS, JQuery, HTTP
• Strong understating of XML, JSON, DOM, and w3c standards
• Providing technical expertise for every phase of the project lifecycle; from concept development to solution design, implementation, optimization and support
• Be an Interface with Stockholder sand architects to create technology specifications from business requirements for one or more modules within the project
• Responsible to prepare the technical design of the components within the module (one or more of client/web presentation tier, server tier, data access and data model, integration component, package function customization)
• Proficient in articulating the pros and cons of using a certain technology stack or component or design pattern versus another to the clients and project team and drives selection of technologies, designs to come up with the optimal architecture
• Drives the performance tuning, re-design and re-factoring for a module
• Contributes to designing and implementing the build, release process as well as system configuration and deployment characteristics of the application
• Implements (hands-on) the module components based on prevailing Framework and Open-source standards & its best practices.
• Mentors the team (people working on the module and other project team members) on technology concepts and best practices for design, implementation and other processes

Minimum Qualification

• Bachelor’s in computer science or relevant fields
• Strong sense of ownership

• Understanding of basic Rest Principles
• Familiar with project management tools like JIRA etc.
• Will be involved in developing any enterprise systems like eCommerce, manufacturing, supply chain, etc.,

MUST Have

• 4-6 years of experience in application software development ( UI stack development )
• Sound knowledge of computer science fundamentals
• Proven ability to design and implement a complex (scalable and distributed ) application software on linux platform

• Expert in software processes and tools ( Agile, CI/CD, Git, Jenkins )
