Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and proactive ML Engineer with strong expertise in Python, Databricks, and Machine Learning model development. The ideal candidate should be proficient in building scalable data pipelines and deploying ML models, with a working knowledge of MLOps principles and tooling. This role offers an opportunity to work on impactful AI/ML initiatives in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain machine learning pipelines for training, testing, and deploying models

• Design and implement infrastructure for managing and monitoring machine learning models

• Work with data scientists to build scalable, efficient, and automated model training and testing processes

• Collaborate with software engineers to integrate machine learning models into production systems

• Automate and optimize the deployment and scaling of machine learning models in a distributed computing environment

• Monitor and troubleshoot machine learning systems and infrastructure to ensure high availability and performance

• Develop and maintain documentation and best practices for MLOps processes and procedures.

Experience:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field

• 3+ years of experience in MLOps or related field, including building and deploying machine learning models at scale

•Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, and C++

•Experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Keras

• Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes

• Strong understanding of DevOps principles and practices

• Experience with cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud

Job Responsibility:

• Ability to effectively pitch Company's offerings in AdTech space among Brands / Advertisers (app companies) and Digital Media Agencies at multiple levels.
• Build and maintain client relationships with both new and existing clients and provide solutions with effective customer satisfaction & business upsell
• Identify and build active sales pipeline to work upon and convert them to achieve a quarterly / half yearly sales target.
• Meet & Exceed Sales / Revenue Target (Quarterly and Half-Yearly)
• Work closely with cross functional teams and use collaborative problem-solving skills.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of relevant Sales experience in Digital Ad / AdTech space in US/RU/CA/UK/UAE/SA/JP/KR markets.
• Self-starter with ability to develop/suggest on the spot customized solutions and bag orders.
• Prior earned strong network / contacts among Advertisers (app companies) / Digital Media Agencies
• Knowledge of Mobile App Campaigns Ecosystem (CPI /CPR/ CPT/ CPL/CPC etc)        
• Excellent English Communications skills – written & verbal.

Roles & Responsibility:

● Develop and execute test plans and test cases to ensure software quality and functionality

● Conduct manual and automated testing, identifying and documenting defects and issues

● Collaborate with developers and other QA team members to identify, reproduce, and resolve defects

● Identify, prioritize, and report defects and issues to the development team

● Develop and maintain automated test scripts to improve testing efficiency

● Perform regression testing to ensure that new features and changes do not negatively impact existing functionality

● Continuously improve the testing process through the use of new testing tools, methodologies, and best practices

● Provide regular reports on testing progress and results to management

Required Technical skills:

● 5-8 years of experience in the software quality field

● At least 1 year of experience working in the eCommerce domain

● Understanding of existing QA best practices and methodologies to design, implement and automate processes

● Good knowledge in Scrum/Agile methodologies and QA Automation processes in SDLC

● Familiarity with defect & test management tools like ClickUp, Jira, GitLab, and Trello.

● Familiarity with version control tools such as Git, GitHub, and Bitbucket.

● Effective team and subordinate management skills.

● Excellent project time reporting and management capabilities.

● Ability to explain technical matters to non-technical people and propose solutions
