This is a 6-day working setup with Monday to Friday operating from office and Saturday as Work From Home (WFH).

About the Role:

We're looking for an experienced Senior Unreal Developer to lead the development of next-generation Digital Twin solutions for Real Estate, Architecture, Automotive, and Smart Infrastructure. You'll build immersive, data-driven, real-time 3D applications that combine Unreal Engine, live data streams, BIM/CAD models, and interactive visualization to enable intelligent decision-making.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex technical challenges, architecting scalable systems, and building high-performance real-time applications. You'll work closely with Product, Engineering, Design, AI, and client teams while driving the technical direction of Ctruh's Digital Twin platform.

What You'll Own:

• Lead the design and development of large-scale Digital Twin applications using Unreal Engine 5.
• Build interactive, real-time 3D environments that integrate live data from APIs, IoT devices, telemetry systems, and enterprise platforms.
• Design scalable Digital Twin architectures that support real-time monitoring, analytics, simulations, and operational decision-making.
• Develop advanced data visualization experiences including dashboards, heatmaps, overlays, X-ray views, and interactive analytics within immersive 3D environments.
• Build intuitive user interactions that simplify complex datasets and improve stakeholder usability.
• Leverage Unreal Engine 5 features including Lumen, Nanite, and modern rendering pipelines to deliver photorealistic visual experiences.
• Optimize rendering performance, memory utilization, scalability, and runtime efficiency across large and complex 3D environments.
• Build and maintain BIM/CAD integration pipelines using Revit, Rhino, Datasmith, and related workflows while preserving geometry, metadata, and model accuracy.
• Collaborate with Architecture, Engineering, Product, and AI teams to ensure seamless data integration and technical alignment.
• Deploy Unreal applications using Pixel Streaming to deliver browser-based Digital Twin experiences with low latency and high scalability.
• Lead technical architecture decisions, establish Unreal development best practices, and mentor engineering teams.
• Continuously improve system performance, development workflows, and platform scalability while staying current with the latest Unreal Engine advancements.

What You Bring:

Must-Haves:

• 5+ years of professional experience developing applications with Unreal Engine.
• Strong portfolio showcasing Digital Twins, Architectural Visualization (ArchViz), Automotive Visualization, or real-time interactive 3D applications.
• Proven experience integrating Unreal Engine with external data sources such as REST APIs, JSON, MQTT, WebSockets, or similar technologies.
• Strong expertise in Blueprints, Unreal rendering pipelines, gameplay systems, and interactive application development.
• Experience building and optimizing large-scale real-time 3D environments.
• Strong understanding of rendering optimization, memory management, and performance tuning.
• Experience working with Unreal Engine 5, including Lumen and Nanite.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with strong architectural and system design capabilities.
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, product-driven startup environments.

Good-to-Have:

• Experience with Cesium for Unreal, ArcGIS, GIS, or geospatial visualization platforms.
• Strong technical art knowledge including shaders, material systems, lighting, and rendering optimization.
• Experience with BIM workflows using Revit, Rhino, Datasmith, or related architectural tools.
• Familiarity with Pixel Streaming, cloud deployment, and browser-based Unreal applications.
• Experience developing Digital Twin platforms for Real Estate, Manufacturing, Automotive, or Smart Cities.
• Leadership experience mentoring engineers and driving technical decision-making.
• Exposure to AI-powered visualization, simulation systems, or immersive technology platforms.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a talented Senior 3D Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate must demonstrate strong artistic and storytelling ability and possess foundational knowledge of processes, tools, and building blocks of XR – AR/VR, Metaverse. They must also have experience in end-to-end modeling, UV unwrapping, texturing and rendering. The candidate should be proficient in a variety of digital 2D and 3D software programs such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Maya, Blender, etc. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about designing photo-realistic virtual worlds and has 3-5 years of experience as a concept artist or graphic designer.

Responsibilities:

• Create avatar concepts, assets, world-building, materials and texture definition, and environments for photo-realistic virtual worlds
• Use traditional tools and technology to create designs in 2D/3D
• Collaborate with team members and work to a brief by understanding creative briefs, then considering elements such as context, timescales, and creative constraints when solving tasks
• Demonstrate an understanding of technical art production and end-to-end modeling, UV unwrapping, texturing, and rendering
• Develop assets and designs in line with project requirements and timelines
• Ensure all designs are optimized for performance and meet project requirements
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies

Requirements:

• A portfolio of work demonstrating strong artistic and storytelling ability
• Foundational knowledge of processes, tools, and building blocks of XR – AR/VR, Metaverse
• Excellent sketching abilities for rough conceptualization
• Proficient in a variety of digital 2D and 3D software programs (not limited to Photoshop, Illustrator, Maya, Blender, etc.)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
• 3 - 5 years of experience as a concept artist or graphic designer preferred
