To develop applications on the latest technology stacks. Our core stack is node (meteor), react, mongodb. But we keep on experimenting with new technologies and implementing whatever seems apt and performant. If you are earning more than 30k already, you need not apply. The position is mainly for freshers or *people who want to learn*. It starts as an intern with a 10k fixed + 5k variable. Why should I join at such a less salary? This is the starting position and the eventual salary will definitely better than the market offerings. We believe in performance and performance alone. If doing good, an intern can be promoted to a developer position in as soon as a month with a basic salary of 25k. Post that the increment is simply performance based and can easily reach upto 8lacs per annum within a year. What will be my future at Settlin? We are a very small tech team, expanding into multiple business and technology avenues. Within a year we plan to have 3 separate teams of web apps, react-native based mobile apps, and data analytics. Depending on your area of interest, you will have an option to move into the team you want. What are the other benefits? The primary benefit is learning. We give a huge emphasis on learning and supporting our developers in whatever way we can to groom their skills. Apart from that we have a liberal leave and work from home policy and a very cohesive atmosphere at office.
