About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated and result-oriented Business Development Executive to join our Inside Sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential business opportunities, generating leads, conducting market research, and supporting the sales pipeline for our IT software services across international markets.
The candidate should have strong communication skills, a proactive approach to lead generation, and a basic understanding of AI tools and their application in sales and lead-generation activities.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Identify and generate qualified B2B leads across the USA, UK, Canada, and European markets through online research, email outreach, professional networking, webinars, and other digital channels.
- Conduct secondary market research to identify target companies, decision-makers, business opportunities, and relevant industry trends.
- Build, maintain, and regularly update prospect databases with accurate company and contact information.
- Perform email marketing and cold outreach to prospective clients and effectively communicate the company's IT software services.
- Use AI-powered tools and platforms to support lead identification, prospect research, personalization, data enrichment, and outreach activities.
- Demonstrate a basic understanding of how AI can improve the efficiency and effectiveness of lead generation and sales prospecting.
- Qualify leads based on business requirements, potential fit, decision-making authority, and opportunity level.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, communication history, follow-ups, and opportunities in the CRM system.
- Conduct timely follow-ups with prospects and help move qualified leads through the sales pipeline.
- Develop and maintain professional relationships with key contacts and decision-makers within prospective and existing customer organizations.
- Identify opportunities for account expansion, cross-selling, and new business development.

Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in BBA, MBA, B.Tech, or a related discipline.
- Experience in Business Development, Inside Sales, Lead Generation, IT Sales, or a similar role for 1-3 years.
- Experience in B2B lead generation and international market prospecting is preferred.
- Strong understanding of online research, prospect identification, email outreach, and networking.
- Basic understanding of AI tools used for lead generation, prospect research, data enrichment, or sales outreach.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with international prospects.
- Strong analytical and research skills with excellent attention to detail.

● Conduct data reconciliation and validation during migration cycles (ETL and financial mapping).
● Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) preparing business scenarios, logging defects, and coordinating with stakeholders.

● Proficiency in functional testing, data validation, and regression testing.
● Hands-on experience with SQL, Excel-based reconciliation, and defect-tracking tools (JIRA / Azure DevOps).
● Good understanding of IFRS 17, financial reconciliation, and reporting validations (added advantage).
● Exposure to automation testing using Playwright / Selenium / Python preferred.

Qualifications
