Inside Sales Executive

• Design, develop, and deploy interactive Power BI dashboards and reports for client projects
• Build and optimize data models using star schema and snowflake schema design patterns
• Develop complex DAX measures and calculated columns to support business requirements
• Connect to and integrate data from multiple sources including SQL databases, Excel, APIs, cloud platforms, and data warehouses
• Implement data transformation and cleansing using Power Query (M language)
• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical specifications
• Optimize report performance through query optimization, aggregations, and efficient data modeling
• Configure and manage Power BI Service including workspaces, datasets, dataflows, and row-level security (RLS)
• Create and maintain documentation for data models, reports, and development processes
• Provide training and support to end-users on Power BI reports and dashboards
• Design and implement custom visualizations using Power BI custom visuals and third-party visual libraries.
• Implement conditional formatting, dynamic titles, and dynamic content based on user selections
• Stay current with Power BI updates, new features, and industry best practices

• Participate in short-term consulting engagements and pre-sales assessments/workshops

• Collaborates with sales, delivery, technical and vertical teams to ensure proposed deals include technical solutions, winning themes that accurately address customer needs

• Assist overlay sales in supporting the named logo list of must-win prospects

• Assist marketing team in driving practice specific campaigns – develop key messages, design relevant content

• Drive customer visits, pre-sales workshops and expertise presentations

Position: Executive Assistant

Job Summary: The Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative support to the executive team by managing daily schedules, communications, and organizational tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the executive office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Calendar Management: Manage and prioritize the executive’s schedule, including appointments, meetings, travel, and events.
• Communication: Act as the first point of contact for all communications directed to the executive, including handling phone calls, emails, and correspondence.
• Travel Coordination: Arrange travel, accommodations, and itineraries for business trips, including preparing detailed travel schedules.
• Meeting Coordination: Organize and schedule meetings, conferences, and calls; prepare agendas, materials, and reports for meetings.
• Document Preparation: Draft, proofread, and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.
• Project Management: Assist with the coordination and tracking of projects, deadlines, and deliverables.
• Expense Management: Manage and process expenses and invoices, ensuring that receipts and reimbursements are properly handled.
• Research & Reporting: Conduct research and compile reports or presentations as required by the executive.
• Confidentiality: Handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity and discretion.
• Office Management: Maintain office supplies, organize files, and perform other administrative tasks to ensure a well-organized and efficient workspace.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field preferred.
• Experience: Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in other administrative roles.
• Skills:
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office software.
• High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree or Master's degree (from tier 1 college - IIT/NIT/IIM/XLRI/MDI/ Any other Tier 1 Colleges)
• 3+ years experience with 2+ years experience in digital marketing at a high growth app-based B2C organisation
• Strong quantitative mindset and data driven approach to digital marketing
• Expertise in excel-based data modelling and analytics tools
• Experience in handling mid to large scale monthly digital marketing budgets
• Hands-on experience in managing Facebook Ads, Google Ads at scale
• Experience in programmatic advertising is a big plus for this role
• Experience in understanding data using Google Analytics/ Mixpanel/ AppsFlyer or any other analytics or attribution tool
• Experience in cross-team collaboration, team management and agency management
