PortOne provides a unified API for merchants to integrate with and manage all of the payment options available in Korea and SEA Markets - Thailand, Singapore, Indonesia etc. It's currently used by 2000+ companies and processing multi-billion dollars in annualized volume. We are building a team to take this product to international markets, and looking for engineers with a passion for fintech and digital payments.

Skills and Experience

* 2+ year of experience working as a Quality Assurance Engineer & shipping high quality products.

* Strong knowledge of QA methodology and tools

* Experience in manual testing

* Hands on experience in any one of Automation testing frameworks - Selenium, TestNG. Robot, UFT etc

* Experience in API & Mobile testing

* Experience in Any Scripting and Programming language

* BE in Computer Science or equivalent combination of technical education and work experience

Preferred Qualifications

* QA Experience in Ecommerce Operations/Payments/Fintech domain

* Proficiency in Java/C/Golang or any high level programming language

* Hands on experience in any one of Automation testing frameworks - Playwright, Selenium, TestNG. Robot, UFT etc

* Ability to understand technical specifications and analyze log files

* Knowledge of Test suite management tools - JIRA etc

What will you do ?

* Utilize innovative testing technologies to develop product's testing strategy

* Participation in design and code inspections.

* UI, API and Hybrid testing and automation

* Perform manual testing, the scope of which will encompass all functionalities of services as a prequel to automation

* Analyze test logs, debug failures; create test reports, co-ordinate with stakeholders

* Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization such as experts in - product, design, engineering

* Create Automation scripts

* Uphold best practices in software testing with attention to security practices

Role Overview

We are looking for an Operations Executive to support day-to-day e-commerce and marketplace client operations and account management. This role is ideal for professionals with hands-on experience in operational roles, especially those who have worked with marketplace data, merchant reports, or e-commerce workflows.

You’ll work closely with product, tech, finance, and client teams to ensure smooth operational execution for merchants operating across multiple marketplaces.

Key Responsibilities

• Support merchant onboarding and ongoing operational workflows across e-commerce marketplaces
• Track, manage, and validate marketplace data, reports, and operational processes
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve data discrepancies, reconciliation issues, and operational gaps
• Monitor dashboards, settlement reports, and operational metrics from marketplaces
• Follow up on pending tasks, exceptions, and client requests in a timely manner
• Maintain accurate documentation related to merchants, marketplaces, and operational processes

Must-Have Skills & Experience

• Minimum 1 year of experience in operations, preferably in e-commerce, marketplaces, fintech, or payment-related roles
• Experience handling marketplace or merchant data (orders, settlements, reports, payouts, etc.)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• High attention to detail and process discipline
• Comfort working with spreadsheets (Excel / Google Sheets) for tracking and analysis
• Ability to manage multiple tasks independently and ensure consistent follow-ups

Good-to-Have Skills

• Prior experience working with Amazon, Shopee, Shopify, Lazada, Rakuten, or similar marketplaces
• Exposure to payments, settlements, reconciliation, or financial operations
• Basic understanding of data validation, reporting, or operational analytics
• Familiarity with tools like Slack, Notion, Jira, or similar ops/project tools
