Role Overview
We are looking for an Operations Executive to support day-to-day client operations and account management. This role is ideal for early-career professionals who want hands-on exposure to client handling, operational processes, and fintech/marketplace ecosystems.
You’ll work closely with internal product, tech, and finance teams while ensuring smooth operations for our merchants.
Key Responsibilities
- Support client onboarding and ongoing account operations
- Track and manage operational workflows across marketplaces and merchants
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve data, reconciliation, and operational issues
- Monitor reports, dashboards, and operational metrics
- Follow up on pending tasks, issues, and client requests
- Maintain accurate documentation and operational records
Must-Have Skills
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Good attention to detail
- Basic understanding of operations / account management
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets (Excel / Google Sheets)
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow up independently
Good-to-Have Skills
- Experience in client operations, support, or account management
- Exposure to fintech, payments, e-commerce, or marketplaces
