Job Title:- Full Stack Developer Team Lead

Job Description:-

We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer Team Lead with 3+ years of hands-on experience in Laravel, React, Node.js, TypeScript, and Vue.js to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of developers, overseeing the development of cutting-edge web applications, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive project success, mentor junior developers, and contribute to the architecture and design of scalable, high-performance applications.

Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of developers, providing guidance, support, and mentoring to junior and mid-level developers.
• Design, develop, and maintain both front-end and back-end solutions using Laravel, React, Node.js, TypeScript, and Vue.js.
• Oversee the end-to-end project lifecycle, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.
• Work closely with project managers, designers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure technical feasibility.
• Ensure clean, maintainable, and well-documented code by conducting code reviews, establishing best practices, and adhering to coding standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring a smooth user experience.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to bring innovative solutions and improve the development process.
• Contribute to the design and architecture of scalable and high-performance applications.

Requirements:

•  3+ years as a Full Stack Developer, with at least 1 year in a leadership role.
• Proficient in Laravel, building RESTful APIs, and working with MySQL/PostgreSQL.
• Strong experience with React and Vue.js for dynamic UI development.
• Solid understanding of JavaScript and TypeScript for full-stack development.
• Experience with Node.js for server-side and real-time apps.
• Familiar with Git for collaboration.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills to mentor and guide the team.

Skills ::

• Strong product management or consulting experience in technology focused business

• Domain knowledge in Freight Management or Supply Chain or eCommerce

• Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle.
• Hands on experience delivering large scale, enterprise, digital transformations
• Proven ability to develop product and marketing strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management
• Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies.
• Define a thoughtful, detailed, and executable rollout strategy for new features, releases, and products.
• Write business cases, perform ROIs, and prioritize and write user stories; partner with product development team to break things down and plan them into releases
• Translate high, level business requirements into detailed technical specs, and aggressively unblock the engineer teams to execute fast.
• Perform competitive benchmark analysis, analyze customer needs, look at surveys and quantitative data to come up with the right judgement of product and feature investments.

• Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering or Technology.
• MBA with Freight Management or Supply Chain work or ecommerce experience a big plus.

• Ownership of site MES system and provide support to the users for having uninterrupted operations at shop floor using MES
• Set up a fully functional service desk, responsible and accountable for MES support for execution excellence.
• Understand and develop expertise on FTPS- Werum PAS|X application 
• Design and simulate Master Batch Records on PAS|X application or Rockwell FTPS platform
• Understand SAP system and interface scenarios between SAP and MES systems
• Liaise between internal teams and external project teams and ensure task completion
• Responsible for the entire MES system through its lifecycle  and the associated peripherals used 
• Responsible for new project implementation and upgrade projects from requirement gathering stage to qualification and final delivery
• Understanding of 21CFR Part11 requirements for computerized systems and Computer system validation concepts.
• Understand end to the end production process of API Manufacturing
• Provide functional guidance to users working on the application
• Define hardware requirements for implementation of MES system
• Responsible for preparation and execution of MES administration SOPs and roles of a system administrator.
• Coordinating with the vendor support team for issue corrections and implementing corrections/ enhancements and version upgrade of Application in accordance with qualification standards and SOPs
• Interact with the business users to gather, understand the business needs; analyses process documents, analyses workflows, conduct workshops & surveys in order to document the project scope and business requirements
• Works with architects and business partners to identify technical solutions for business process improvements; Solution the client requirements balancing the value proposition and scope.
