Job Description:

We are looking for a Business Development Intern to work directly with our Founder. This role will give you a front-row seat to how client relationships are built, how pitches are crafted, and how an agency grows. As an intern, you’ll primarily assist in day-to-day tasks, research, documentation, and coordination—while learning the ropes of business development first-hand.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing client presentations, pitch decks, and proposals.
• Conduct basic research on industries, brands, and competitors as required.
• Support the Founder in client meetings by taking notes, tracking action points, and following up.
• Help maintain documentation, reports, and CRM updates.
• Coordinate with internal teams to gather information for pitches and proposals.
• Learn and contribute ideas during brainstorming sessions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Minimum 4+ years of experience building Java; React JS/Node JS applications, in a service-based architecture Or Build; deliver microservices with JAVA Spring Boot as Backend developer

• Need hands on current experience on Java 8+, React JS/Node JS and above, Java script, Angular JS, JUnit, XML, Spring, Spring Boot, rest APIs, and SQL.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop features across multiple subsystems within our applications, including collaboration in requirements definition, prototyping, design, coding, testing and deployment
• Understand how our applications operate, are structured, and how customers use them
• Provide engineering support (when necessary) to our technical operations staff when they are building, deploying, configuring and supporting systems for customers
• Participate with the engineering and operations teams to define plans for standardizing, scaling and enhancing our products and the services utilized to deploy/install/release those products
• Participate in interactions with customers as a technical expert for product subsystems
• Investigate, analyze and make recommendations to management regarding technology improvements, upgrades and modifications

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, support, and maintain automated business intelligence products using

Tableau.

• Good understanding of data warehousing and data management concepts including OLTP,

OLAP, Dimensional Modelling, star/snowflake schemas

• Rapidly design, develop, and implement reporting applications that embed KPI metrics and

actionable insights into the operational, tactical, and strategic activities of key business

functions.

• Identify business requirements, design processes leveraging/adapting the business logic, and

regularly communicate with business stakeholders to ensure delivery meets business needs.

• Design and code business intelligence projects using Tableau, ensuring best practices for data

visualization and implementation.

• Develop and maintain dashboards and data sources that meet and exceed customer

requirements.

• Utilize Python for data manipulation, automation, and integration tasks to support Tableau

development.

• Write and optimize SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and loading processes.

• Partner with business information architects to understand the business use cases

supporting and fulfilling business and data strategy.

• Collaborate with Product Owners and cross-functional teams in an agile environment.

• Provide expertise and best practices for data visualization and Tableau implementations.

• Work alongside solution architects in RFI/RFP response solution design, customer

presentations, demonstrations, POCs, etc., for growth.

• Understanding of Project life cycle and quality processes.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in Tableau development; Tableau certification is highly preferred.

• Proficiency in Python for data manipulation, automation, and integration tasks.

• Strong understanding and experience with SQL for database management and query

optimization.

• Ability to independently learn new technologies and show initiative.

• Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal direction.

• Desire to stay current with industry technologies and standards.

• Strong presentation skills – ability to simplify complex situations and ideas into compelling

and effective written and oral presentations.

Basic Qualification: 

• Programming experience with at least one modern language such as Java, Node.js  
• Experience with NoSQL databases like MongoDB 
• 2+ years of experience contributing to the architecture and design (architecture, design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and current systems. 
• Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or related field. 
• Computer Science fundamentals in object-oriented design, data structures, 
• algorithm design, problem solving, and complexity analysis. 

Preferred Qualification: 

• Experience building complex applications on distributed systems that have been successfully deployed for a large customer base. 
• Experience with Agile Scrum, having served as a Scrum Master and delivered results.
