ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Enterprise Sales Manager to drive our sales strategy and expand our market presence. This role demands a strong understanding of SAP/Finance ERP solutions, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in IT/software sales.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Sales Strategy Development: Develop and execute sales plans to achieve company revenue targets in the SAP/ERP domain.
• Client Acquisition: Identify, engage, and convert prospective clients by demonstrating the value of our SAP/ERP solutions.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
• Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to identify growth opportunities.
• Proposal & Presentation: Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and demos tailored to client needs.
• Collaboration: Work closely with technical and consulting teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions and services.

IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Experience: Minimum 2 years in sales, with a strong focus on SAP Product sales/Finance ERP solutions
• Industry Preference: Candidates with prior experience in handling manufacturing industry clients will be given preference.
• Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field. An MBA is an added advantage.

SKILLS:

• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Understanding of SAP/ERP systems and their applications in business processes.
• Strong client relationship management abilities.
• Track record of success managing large enterprise accounts
• Track record of consistently over-achieving quota (top 10% in your company)

Key Responsibilities:

• Test Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive test strategies and plans for the e-commerce gift card product, covering functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.
• Manual Testing: Conduct thorough manual testing when necessary, focusing on critical paths, edge cases, and user experience.
• Bug Management: Identify, document, and track bugs using JIRA or similar tools. Work with the development team to prioritize and resolve issues.
• Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and UX/UI designers, to understand requirements, provide feedback, and ensure product quality.
• Performance Testing: Lead efforts to test the scalability and performance of the gift card platform, ensuring it can handle high volumes of transactions and users.
• Documentation: Create and maintain detailed test documentation, including test cases, test scripts, and test reports.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with the latest QA tools, trends, and best practices. Continuously seek to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of QA processes.

Requirements

• Banking domain, cards area (Credit, debit and prepaid)
• Excellent understanding of Cards and payments technologies
• Know-how of process mapping, requirement gathering, gap analysis, documentation
• Good understanding of following aspects of Vision Plus – CMS, FAS, CDM, TRAMS, Functional understanding of all VisionPLUS blocks, VMXservices, Various reports.
• End to end exposure on testing related activities.
• Experience with mainstream defect tracking tools like JIRA / QC.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Perform peer review and regular reporting on progress made.
• Must be a very good team player & willing to learn new skills.
