Role Objective

To generate, qualify, and nurture leads through outbound and inbound calling, supporting the

sales and business development team.

Key Responsibilities

● Make outbound calls to prospective clients using provided databases

● Handle inbound inquiries and explain company services clearly

● Qualify leads based on defined criteria (requirement, budget, timeline)

● Schedule meetings/demos for the Business Development team

● Follow up with leads via calls, WhatsApp, and email

● Maintain accurate lead data and call logs in CRM or tracking sheets

● Meet daily/weekly calling and lead qualification targets

● Handle basic objections and provide standard information

● Coordinate with sales and marketing teams for smooth lead handover

● Share feedback and market insights gathered from calls

1.      Lead Generation & Outreach

• Identify and engage potential clients using Lead generation tools like Apollo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
• Plan and execute daily outreach campaigns to build brand visibility and initiate conversations.
• Collaborate with the digital marketing team to generate leads through Social Media platforms.

2.      CRM & Data Management

• Create and automate Sales pipelines and sales life cycle.
• Upload, tag, and segment prospect data in Zoho CRM for streamlined tracking and reporting.
• Monitor inbound leads from website chatbot, form submissions, and incoming calls.

3.      Follow up, Conversion & Client Engagement

• Convert qualified leads into active customers through personalized outreach and follow-ups.
• Implement structured email and call strategies to drive engagement and sales conversion.
• Share weekly performance reports.

4.      Upselling & Network Expansion

• Upsell and cross-sell products to existing clients.
• Expand corporate network via LinkedIn and Meta to promote product offerings and strengthening relationships.
• Track warm leads and initiate timely, strategic follow-ups to maximize conversion potential.

Must have Expert level (5-7 years of development and maintenance experience) in MS SQL Server

·       Excellent skills in writing Stored Procedures, functions, triggers, queries, scripts, etc.

·       Excellent in troubleshooting, performance tuning, debugging, and query optimization

·       Excellent in indexing, finding and resolving potential for database deadlocks

·       Strong in database migrations and upgrades. 

·       Has experience with analytics and reporting.

·       3+ years of experience with SSIS, SSRS.

·       Has experience with Access DB.

·       Have a MS SQL Server certification OR are willing to obtain in a short time frame.

   • • Experience with MongoDB Atlas for database hosting and storage. 
   • • Experience with SDLC in an Agile work environment using tools like Jira and GitHub.

Job description

ORMAE is looking for a UI Developer who is motivated to combine the art of design with the art of programming. Responsibilities will include translation of the UI/UX design wireframes to actual code that will produce visual elements of the application.

You will work with the UI/UX designer and bridge the gap between graphical design and technical implementation, taking an active role on both sides and defining how the application looks as well as how it works.

• Good understanding of asynchronous request handling, partial page updates, and AJAX.
• Hands-on experience in optimizing the UI of an application.
• Basic knowledge of image authoring tools, to be able to crop, resize, or perform small adjustments on an image. Familiarity with tools such as Gimp or Photoshop is a plus.
• Proficient understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to work around them.
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git.
• Knowledge about Docker and Nginx are nice to have and adds as a bonus point.
