Roles and Responsibilities

Hiring for Mobile app Developer (1 to 2 yrs.)

- Develop hybrid mobile app for iOS and Android platform using Flutter framework

- Hands of experience in Flutter

- Proven software development experience

- Flutter/ React Native Developer

- Must have Experienced 6 months to 2 yrs. in above

- Developed at least 2 apps and live

 

Desired Candidate Profile

Fresher, Experience mobile app developer

- Experience in developing Android/ iOS applications

- Testing and debugging skills

- Design, Develop and maintain applications

-Exp. in Flutter/React native

Under the direct supervision of a school psychologist or credentialed school counselor. Provides counseling and mentoring services to pupils and parents. Uses counseling and consultation techniques to promote pupil motivation and adjustment to school. Community and home environments.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

1. Implements the philosophy, goals policies and objectives of Trilingual Kids.

2. Assists teachers in creating a flexible program and classroom environment which enhances individual growth.

3. Assists teachers in motivating pupils to develop the skills and attitudes which promote the acquisition of knowledge and participation in a democratic society.

4. Provides services to pupils through consultation, individual and group counseling, and classroom involvement.

5. Assists teachers in using the principles of behavior management and other useful techniques in the classroom.

6. Assists pupils in making academic progress consistent with their abilities.

7. Mentoring pupils and their parents regarding matters relating to learning attitude.

8. Assists the psychological in the preparation of assessments.

9. Screens children for possible Attention Deficit/Hyperactive Disorder (ADHD).

10. Assesses the counseling needs of identified special education children and develops and implements appropriate IEP goals and objectives.

11. Attends IEP meetings when appropriate.

12. Performs other related services as assigned.

13. Establishes effective rapport with pupils and school personnel.

14. Assists pupils in effecting a smooth transition between school and home, and between school levels.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Bachelors Degree.

Candidate Requirement:- You should have:  A technical degree (Engineering, MCA) or business degree (MBA, BBA) from a reputed institute with a minimum of 5-6 years of relevant experience in the software industry, preferably in IT Security domain.  Experience working as a Presales consultant/ Sales Engineer in Enterprise Software solutions domain.  Should be currently in a Customer facing field Presales role. Should have experience into conducting Demonstrations, POC.  Excellent communication and presentation skills to demonstrate solution concepts via visual representations. Fluent in English.  Ability to manage customer expectations and work independently on project assignments.  Should be in a quota driven role currently. It would be nice if you have:  To have understanding of IT security domain like Encryption, DLP, Information Classification, SAML, AD, LDAP etc.  Knowledge of other technologies like Document Management Systems, ERP (SAP etc.), APIs.  A certification in the knowledge areas related to information security, business process management or IT infrastructure would be a PLUS. The key responsibilities for this project include but are not limited to: - Developing a thorough understanding of the Blended Learning English module through train the trainer sessions conducted by Leap - Developing an in-depth knowledge of lesson plans, app-based learning and nuances of technology to support online learning in your classrooms - Conducting English learning sessions in classrooms at the training center assigned to you - Ensuring online learning of English lessons through Leap’s mobile-based app for students assigned at your center - Collecting periodic data for ongoing improvement as per the guidelines and formats provided by the design team - Ensuring over 90% attendance and 100% uptake for app-based learning - Ensuring 1 CEFR level jump for all students assigned to your training center - Periodically aiding technical support on issues faced in deploying the mobile-based solution in your classroom - Analyzing student progress and taking responsibility of ongoing student improvement - Providing mentorship support to students as they get ready for placement processes in a critical year of their life - Being an ambassador for Leap Skills at your training center and beyond Required skills, experience and mindset: Required skills: - Excellent written and verbal communication.
