Role Overview

We are looking for a results-driven Sales Manager to lead and scale our SaaS sales efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B SaaS sales, experience managing high-performing teams, and a proven ability to drive revenue growth through strategic planning and execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a robust sales strategy to drive ARR growth and market expansion
• Build, manage, and mentor a high-performing sales team
• Own the end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation, qualification, demo, negotiation, and closing
• Manage and optimize the sales pipeline with accurate forecasting
• Identify new business opportunities across SMB, mid-market, and enterprise segments
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align go-to-market strategies
• Drive customer acquisition, retention, and account expansion
• Establish strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
• Track and analyze sales metrics (MRR, churn, conversion rates) to improve performance

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales.
• Strong understanding of SaaS metrics such as ARR, MRR, LTV, and churn
• Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience selling to global markets (US, Europe, or APAC)
• Familiarity with product-led growth (PLG) and inside sales models
• Exposure to digital marketing or technology solutions sales
• MBA or equivalent business qualification

Role & Responsibilities:

• Proven working experience in mobile app development using React Native.
• Extensive experience in native mobile development for both Android and iOS platforms.
• Solid understanding of JavaScript and its core principles including ES6+ syntax.
• Proficiency with React and its ecosystem.
• Experiencing in building pixel-perfect, buttery smooth UIs across both mobile platforms.
• Proficiency and expertise with consuming RESTful APIs and asynchronous programming and knowledge of offline storage.
• Knowledge in creating and publishing APK file to both play store and app store.
• Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms, such as JSON Web Token and authentication flows like OAuth. 
• Knowledge of mobile app development lifecycle and best practices.
• Experience with code versioning tools such as Git.
• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.

• Deliver training and standardize flow handling process to BPO Sales and Operations Team, in order to improve team’s skill and knowledge in technical/product and also to ensure customer satisfaction

• Liaise with leads across Sales and Operations function in finding gaps of interpersonal improvements, in order to provide recommendations and meet the company’s standard

• Deliver training, constructive feedback, and coaching of the trainees/agents, in order to improve customer service and engagement skills and communication

• Identify and assess the training needs of the business organization.

• Create a curriculum to facilitate strategic training based on the organization's goals

• Develop annual training programs and development needs assessment.

• Effectively manage the training budget.

• Obtain and /or develop effective training materials utilizing a variety of media.

Tech CoFounder wanted for our startup. We're building a TikTok of dashcam type videos to allow users to capture interesting scenes or moments from across more than 6 crore kms of roads globally. This solution can have a lot of Connected Mobility potential at the back.

It's a short videos app meant for dashcam style videos getting recorded but from the user's smartphone (placed on a holder in a car or on a bike or in the users hands as well)

The individual should have knowledge of Full stack mobile app development preferably in Kotlin and MEAN stack along with the ability to deploy things on cloud (AWS) A plus point if he OR she knows about iOS app development as well. Bigger plus point will be the ability to move quickly with regards to developing and rolling out features for users at lightening speed.

*Salary mentioned is the salary we both can draw once the initial set of investors come on board and we can raise north of US$ 100k in the first round. You will be entitled to 30-35% equity in exchange of your initial tech development efforts.

Salaries will obviously go up as we raise more rounds and so will the value of our equity go up during each fund raise.
