ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

As Manager-Business Development, you will be responsible for business development in India Market. Will be responsible for identifying new opportunities to expand markets and drive business growth while also enabling increased revenue from current accounts. Build and maintain strategic partnerships and nurture relationships with influencers and stakeholders.

RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES:

• Responsible for sales in the Indian market for our SaaS Product.
• Lead outbound and direct sales efforts by proactively engaging with potential clients, building strong relationships, and successfully closing deals. This is a field-intensive role that requires frequent client visits, lead generation, and hands-on market engagement to drive sales growth.
• Independently managing deal size of INR 50 L ARR in the past
• Coordinating with Pre-sales team on getting Demos / POCs conducted.
• Proposal preparation, conducting commercial negotiations leading to closure and contracting.
• Collecting payments from customers and manage customer relationship.
• Strong communication skills with ability to sell and interact with CXO profiles of companies.

IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Overall, 6-8 years of experience in outbound and direct sales preferably in the garment industry.
• Minimum 4-5 years of experience in selling ERP solutions.
• Solid business development & acquisition experience
• Strong relationship and account management skills
• Proficient in using CRM tools and data analysis to drive sales performance
• Proactive and solutions-oriented with the ability to work independently
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels - internally as well as externally

Strong B2B Tech Sales profiles

Mandatory (Experience 1): Must have a minimum 4+ YOE in B2B SaaS / Enterprise Tech sales, preferably in ERP, CAD, or Factory Automation tools.

Mandatory (Experience 2): At least 3+ YOE selling ERP solutions or CAD Softwares.

Mandatory (Experience 3): Proven track record in offline / field sales and experience in selling complex solutions.

Mandatory (Tools): Proficient in CRM systems (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, etc.) and lead generation tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, etc.)

Mandatory (Company): Experience in B2B SaaS Product companies or IT/Tech Services companies.

Mandatory (Note 1) - Total experience should not be more than 7 Years.

Responsibilities

·        Understand requirements and translate them to product features.

·        Participate in Scrum meetings and express the work done and the plan clearly. Participate in scrum ceremonies and clearly communicate.

• Develop applications using Front end, middleware, and database-related technologies.
• Should be hands-on in developing and implementing best practices and writing smart pieces of code.
• Coding standards should be followed, and the code should be highly performant.
• Should be able to write unit test cases using any of the frameworks and should be completely automated.
• Should have strong exposure to REST API design and principles and adhere to RAML/Swagger or Open API specification

Essential Skills

·        4+ years of in-depth knowledge in Core Java, Spring DI, Spring MVC, REST, JMS, Hibernate, JDBC, PL/SQL
