Social Media Manager:

We are looking for a Social Media Manager at BLITZPOKER who can enhance our brand and build strong online communities through our various social media platforms. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing and administering social media content that is designed to engage users and create an interactive relationship between consumers and the company. The successful candidate will also be required to collect and review social media data to develop more effective campaigns.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the marketing team to develop social media campaigns that help to achieve corporate marketing goals
• Develop monthly reports on emerging social media trends that will be submitted to the management and executive teams
• Monitor the company’s social media accounts and offer constructive interaction with users
• Create methods for finding and saving online customer reviews
• Analyze the long-term needs of the company’s social media strategy and offer quarterly reports to the management and executive teams that outline any necessary changes to the digital marketing plan

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, communications, or related field
• 3+ years’ experience in social media management
• Exceptional multi-tasking skills
• Able to explain complex social media data in an understandable way
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of Facebook’s advertising platform is required

• 5-6 years of proven excellence in IT- Business Development or inside sales.
• Mandate experience in Appointment setting.
• Must have B2B sales experience.
• Shift timings- 5:30pm to 2;30 am IST(8:00 am to 5:00 pm US-EST)
• 6:30 pm to 3:30 am IST ( 9:00am to 6:00pm US- EST)
• Tool Handling - LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Hubspot, Salesforce, Outreach etc

• Location - Remote (PAN INDIA)

• Manage all quality standards and ensure all the processes laid down are well executed and monitored
• Handle all RBI/Internal Audits
• Handle all customer grievances escalated to RBI
• Coordinate with various teams - Operations, Business, Finance, Treasury, Secretarial, Compliance, IT, Customer Experience, etc.
• Act as the first point of contact for all regulatory & compliance advice to the business
• Revise SOPs periodically to identify hidden risks or non-conformity issues
• Draft, modify and implement company policies
• Assess the business's future ventures to identify possible compliance risks
• Keep abreast of regulatory developments within or outside of the company as well as evolving best practices in compliance control
• Prepare and present reports for senior management and external regulatory bodies as appropriate.

Key Skills Required

• Chartered Accountant or MBA (Finance) with 7+ years of Audit and Compliance experience in the retail and institutional Lending domain
• In-depth knowledge of regulatory norms for Lending
• Should have strong communication (verbal written) presentation skills
• Should possess strong networking relationship building skills
• MIS & Analytical skills
• Strong interpersonal/ conflict management/ negotiation and feedback providing skills

What You'll Do

Maintain and extend existing payment modules, extensions, and plugins

Develop new modules, sample code, SDKs, and production code for merchants and partners

Help define requirements for 3rd party developer APIs and tools

Analyze/debug merchant and partner integration issues

Assist in building and maintaining a test environment for engineering and our partners to test new feature compatibility

Skills Required but not limited to:

Python, Django, Django Rest Framework.

AWS Services Including, CloudFront , S3, API

Gateway, Lambda, Step Functions, SES, DynamoDB ,

Serverless Framework

Fair understanding of building RESTful APIs

Strong understanding of front end technologies, such as JavaScript, Jquery , HTML5, and CSS3

Good to have experience with version control, docker , deployment pipelines, CI/CD

Backend Web Application Development

AWS Identity and Access Management principles SQL (MS SQL Server, PostgreSQL, AWS Aurora comparable)

GIT , JIRA, Agile / Scrum

Experience: 4-6 years

• Can work independently on the Android Development platform
• Must have knowledge of both Java and Kotlin
• Good understanding of Architecture such as MVVM and MVP.
• Must have at least 3 Good quality Android apps in the portfolio to showcase
