About the role

Join our client as a Senior Consultant specializing in Infor GHR modules, focusing on Process Automation and Configuration Console. Lead technical support, enhancements, and integrations within complex enterprise HCM environments.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and support Infor GHR operations, including incident management, bug fixes, and production support.
• Design, develop, and maintain integrations between Infor CloudSuite and external or legacy systems using Infor ION and APIs.
• Develop and manage automated workflows and business rules with Infor Process Automation tools.
• Configure and support runtime environments via Infor Configuration Console and assist with tenant management and patching.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and provide Tier 2/3 technical support, troubleshooting system issues and supporting upgrades.

Required skills and experience

• 7+ years of experience working with Infor GHR, IPA, and Configuration Console in enterprise HCM systems.
• Strong integration skills with Infor ION, REST/SOAP APIs, and expertise in data mapping and Business Object Documents.
• Technical proficiency in SQL, JavaScript, XML/XSLT, and interface design.
• Proven problem-solving, analytical abilities, and ability to translate functional requirements into technical solutions.
• Experience with configuration, testing, release, and upgrade activities in multi-tenant environments.

Nice to have

• Infor Certifications related to GHR and Process Automation.
• Experience with Infor Lawson migrations or similar HCM platform transitions.
• Domain knowledge in Healthcare, Public Sector, or Financial Services.

Role : Java Developer

Location : Bangalore

Key responsibilities

• Experience – 3 to 8 years of experience.
• Experience in Core Java and Spring Boot.
• Extensive experience in developing enterprise-scale applications and systems. Should possess good architectural knowledge and be aware of enterprise application design patterns.
• Should have the ability to analyze, design, develop and test complex, low-latency client facing applications.
• Good development experience with RDBMS
• Good knowledge of multi-threading and high-performance server-side development.
• Basic working knowledge of Unix/Linux.
• Excellent problem solving and coding skills.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and analytical skills.

Profile- Java Developer

Roles & Responsibilities -

• Experience in Java, J2EE, and Java 8 Features
• Experience in Java frameworks such as Spring, Hibernate.

• Experience with CMS like HubSpot or WordPress.

Role and Responsibilities

 Manage our social media handles Instagram (137K followers), YouTube (8K subscribers). 

 Execute ideas by creating a content calendar. 

 Generate ideas for our paid/organic ad campaigns and write the copies.

 Handle operations while creating content. 

 Write copies for our App messages and notifications.

Education and experience:

Any graduation degree

1-3 years in digital marketing

• Own the lifecycle of users from on-boarding, setup, to the day-to-day support, including serving as front-line for issues on the ongoing engagements.
