Job Description:

● What will your role look like

● Lead end-to-end project execution across Salesforce Clouds (Sales, Service, Marketing, etc.).

● Act as the primary delivery contact for customers — running calls, tracking progress, and ensuring transparency.

● Coordinate with Business Analysts and Architects to keep delivery aligned and on track.

● Step in to lead customer calls, demos, or presentations when required.

● Present project updates, roadmaps, and demos effectively using PowerPoint and Salesforce UI.

● Manage project velocity, risks, dependencies, and drive on-time delivery.

● Apply Agile practices to run sprints, retrospectives, and planning sessions.

● Ensure clarity on team priorities and resolve blockers quickly.

Job Summary

You will be responsible for driving sales of Flight, Hotel, and Holiday bookings by making outbound calls to travel agents, managing the entire sales cycle from lead generation and quoting to final payment follow-up.

Key Responsibilities

1. Outbound Sales & Lead Generation:

• Initiate outbound calls to travel agents to generate sales leads for company offerings (Flight, Hotel, & Holidays).
• Actively cold call business owners and utilize referrals, direct mail, email, and networking to develop a database of qualified leads.

1. Sales and Quoting:

• Listen to customer (travel agent) requirements and present product/service information appropriately to close the sale.
• Ensure that price quotes are sent promptly to all qualified leads.

1. Follow-up and Payment:

• Conduct timely follow-ups with travel agents after quotes have been sent.
• Manage payment follow-ups and ensure all payments are secured before the travel dates.

1. Client Relationship Management:

• Source and develop strong client relationships and referrals.
• Maintain the customer database by inputting customer profiles, updates, and preparing monthly reports.

1. Team & Knowledge:

• Attend all team meetings and actively share best practices with colleagues.
• Demonstrate or gain working knowledge of the travel industry (an added advantage).

1. Design patterns- socket communication/ micro services architecture

2. Caching - REDIS MEMCACHED etc

3. Database - MONGO, SQL etc. min 2yrs experience with these.

4. Features created for large concurrent requests.

5. Node Js, Go lang any asynchronous programming language min 2 yrs exp with any one of them.

6. Message Queues - RABBIT MQ, Kafka etc.

Responsibilities:

• Writing clean and efficient codes for iOS applications

• Supporting the entire application lifecycle from concept to design, testing, release and support

• Troubleshooting and bug fixes for applications, to ensure that codes are clean and secure

• Recommending changes and enhancements

• Staying up to date with new mobile technology trends, applications, and protocols

Required skills:

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field

• You have prior experience as an iOS Developer

• You have a portfolio of released applications on the App Store

• You are familiar with mobile product and design lifecycles

• You have proven experience in iOS development in either Objective-C / Swift

• Experience with iOS frameworks (Eg. Core Data, Core Animation etc.)

• Familiarity with RESTful APIs to effectively integrate iOS applications

• Good understanding of iOS release cycle and familiarity with CI/CD platform and pipelines

• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools (eg. Git)

• Familiarity with various testing tools

Job Description

• Designing system architecture, develop and maintain high performing & scalable services using Node.js frameworks.
• Extensively engage in iterative development model right from requirement analysis, estimation, development, testing & production support
• Mentor, groom junior developers and participate in code reviews

Requirements

Job Profile - Engineering And Product role

Major Responsibilities

•  Defining the technical specifications and architecture along with overall  product infrastructure.
• Provide creative and unique solutions to accommodate for the versatility and customizations during product development.
• The role would expect you to code and/or conduct code reviews so experience in PHP, java or similar languages would be useful.
• Managing a team of engineers and developers; ensuring quality is met at every process of the development and deployment phases.
• Managing AWS servers to track/monitor/optimize resource utilization and upgrade servers when necessary.
• Ability to understand and collaborate on a complete product lifecycle from concept to execution.
• Implementation of new technologies to optimize product quality and usage.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• 10+ years of expertise working on and managing Technology teams.
• Understanding of Algorithms, data structures and standard coding practices
• Understanding of RDBMS design. Experience in writing complex SQL/NoSQL queries and optimizing queries.
• Very good understanding of collections and multithreading Framework - SpringBoot , JPA.
