Process Modeling and Workflow Automation: Candidates must showcase their understanding of Appian’s Process Modeler and demonstrate the ability to optimize execution paths and manage exceptions.

Data Integration and Management Expertise: This skill ensures that candidates can create secure API integrations and manage external data sources, crucial for maintaining data integrity and connectivity.

Scripting and Expression Rule Development: Evaluates the candidate’s capability to write expressions and scripts that extend application functionality.

Security and Access Control Management: Assess the ability to configure security roles and access permissions, ensuring that applications comply with organizational policies and protect sensitive data.

Appian Deployment and Performance Optimization: Ensures that applications are deployed efficiently and perform optimally. These skills are essential for designing, implementing, and managing scalable and efficient applications using Appian's low-code platform.

About the Position:

The Professional Services Consultant (Developer/Team Lead) will be a technical leader accountable for gathering customer requirements, delivering best practice, and executing customer implementation projects while driving new revenue through identifying new opportunities and user adoption. The position also requires providing technical guidance and sharing best practices with the team.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute the technical implementation of projects to ensure successful customer deployment and adoption of Egnyte solutions
• Act as liaison between customers and internal teams such as Engineering, Product Management and Technical Support to solve technical problems and propose new feature development
• Engage multiple constituents at the customer organization – Business users and IT
• Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects with strict deadlines
• Communicate professionally and succinctly and follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
• Reports to Professional Services Director

Qualifications:

• Strong software programming skills that cover four or more of the following areas:
• Experience with various Integrated Development environments (IDE)
• Experience with software repositories
• Programming experience (Python, Javascript, SQL, Bash, PowerShell preferred)
• Full stack web development and app integrations
• Desktop App Development
• Strong application development skills
• Use of SDK platform tools for API integration
• Prior experience developing and implementing Enterprise software or supporting Enterprise applications in technical capacity for a SaaS environment
• Strong experience in Customer Facing Implementation roles
• Excellent customer engagement, presentation, and communication skills
• Attention to detail and adapt to process in a quick changing environment
• Fluency of spoken and written command of English. Any other language is a plus.
• Experience with Governance and Life Sciences industry preferred
• Engagement with pre-sales activities, scoping requirements, Proof of Concept (POC) and product demos.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related technical discipline preferred
• 8+ years of relevant technical function experience

Qualification

1. BE and Btech

2. MBAs are preferred

- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Power Point.

• Specialized in architectural knowledge/experience in Tosca
• Hands on experience to support operational stuff on Tosca
• Needs to be an SME who will lead and guide rest of the resources on the project
• Needs to come up with solutions, strategic thoughts and efficiencies for Tosca implementation
• Willingness to find answers and resolutions
• Good Communications Skills 

Proven skills in producing and editing technical content within a complex business environment. The writer professional will be experienced in leading storyboarding sessions, participating in key review meetings / final document review, content sign off, and document production. The experience of coordinating and updating a knowledge base system is beneficial. Analyze RFPs, perform QC checks of compliance matrix, proposal outlines, and identify questions that may be submitted to the customer. Core

 Support Bid Processing managers / Lead throughout the proposal process, including assist in developing the technical documents, monitor the progress of effort against the schedule, follow up on action items, control document preparation, and version control, and coordinating the final packaging and delivery

 Proficient in documentation development tools such as Microsoft Office

 Ability to meet tight deadlines while maintaining a high level of quality

 Competent in defining, planning and managing proposal deliverable

 Familiarity with software development services and business terminology.
