Cibirix is prepared to hiring an experienced software operations manager who shall be responsible for maintaining and growing the operations of its software crm - Sensei. A probable pick will be responsible for managing quality assurance programs, supervising, hiring, and training other employees, monitoring existing processes and analyzing their effectiveness; and creating strategies to improve productivity and efficiency.Sensei has multiple portals including a CRM, a services division, and a 3D visualization system for outdoor buildings. We seek a candidate who Identify and understand how each portal works and the lifecycle of how they support customers, track and report on usage, issues, and resolution for each of these portals, understand and coordinate issue resolution through internal or external support teams, learn and document all systems and support processes associated with each portal and track and drive to resolution operational logistics. Direct reports include the Business Analyst, Project Manager, Tech Lead and UX Lead.Required Skills:
1)  Technology, specifically SAAS software.
2)  Experience in one of the following is a must: Software Architecture/Database Design/Frontend Technologies/Business Analysis
3)  Web, mobile and SaaS.
4)  Problem Solving, troubleshooting, and triage
5)  Analytics and reporting
