Senior QA engineer

We seek a highly skilled and experienced Technical Associate Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in IT and software project management, with hands-on experience as a developer and technical lead before transitioning into project management. A solid understanding of web technologies is essential. Candidates from the Pune location will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Management: Plan, execute, and deliver technical projects on time, within scope, and on budget.
2. Team Leadership: Mentor and guide developers, technical leads, and junior project managers to foster collaboration and high performance.
3. Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary liaison for clients and stakeholders, ensuring transparent communication and expectation management.
4. Technical Oversight: Use your technical expertise, particularly in web technologies, to support and guide project teams.
5. Risk Management: Anticipate and mitigate risks to ensure successful project outcomes.
6. Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve internal project management processes.
7. Reporting: Deliver detailed status updates, performance metrics, and documentation to senior management and stakeholders.
8. PMO Collaboration: Work closely with the Project Management Office (PMO) to align projects with organisational goals, standards, and reporting practices.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Electronics, Telecommunication, or a related field.

Experience:

1. Demonstrable project management experience in a technical environment.
2. Strong command of web technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, or other).

What you will do

• End-to-End Design Execution: Lead and execute all design stages from initial concept through wireframing, visual design, to final hand-off for development.
• Prototyping & Specifications: Create high-quality design prototypes, features, and specifications reflecting deep user insights and client needs.
• Review & Feedback: Critically review wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and visual designs to meet ProCreator standards and client expectations.

• Participate in all stages of the Software Development Lifecycle
• Develop back-end components, services, and APIs. Support integration of user-facing elements, and collaborate closely with the design and front-end development team.
• Write elegant, effective, and scalable code while maintaining the highest level of coding standards.
