Team: You will be part of an engineering team, developing software that enables customers to automate business processes with low-code/no-code. The product(s) that you will work on have Web Applications, Web Services, AI components/services, Desktop, and Browser automation 

components, Data Pipelines, Analytics, Frameworks for development/testing/CICD, and more.

Responsibilities: Full Stack Engineer, i.e.

• Work on any/all layers of existing or new products, developing end-to-end features

• Build generic or custom solutions for PoCs

• Package/deploy/support/maintain the product in production and dev/test environments

Skills - Must have:

• Full Stack Development

 Responsibilities: 

• Participate in the entire application lifecycle, focusing on coding and debugging 
• Ability to design and document the product features, codes. 
• Self-driven and ability to take up ownership of things 
• Write clean code to develop functional applications, automation scripts, test cases 
• Troubleshoot and debug applications 
• Collaborate with developers, cross-functional teams to identify issue, new features and come up with solutions 
• Gather and address technical and design requirements 
• Provide training and support to internal teams 
• Build reusable code and libraries for future use 
• Ability to sync with other developers, designers to identify issues, new features and improvements 

We are looking for Full Stack Developer.

Required Skills:

• Should have strong hands on experience in Node.js, React.js & Angular.js.
• Should have experience in MongoDB and Express.Js.
• Deep understanding of object - oriented JavaScript and design principles and standards, and has a solid programming background
• Experience handling different browser capabilities
• Hands - on experience in UI optimization best practice implementations
• Demonstrated ability to accurately estimate and scope development work
• Good analytical and problem - solving skills
• Communication skills are imperative both in written and in verbal form
• Excellent organizational and coordination skills

• Front-end skills (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, ES6+, Ajax);
• 3+ years working with React/Redux + Typescript front-end applications
• Must have experience technologies like Python, React, node.js, PostgreSQL, AWS
• Experience with centrally managed state (Redux) and React Router
• Experience with data structuring libraries (Immutable.js / Immer)
• Experience of TDD/BDD, QA/Test frameworks such as Selenium, load testing (Blazemeter), unit testing (Mocha/Chai/Jest) etc.
• Experience optimising the performance of front-end applications
• A good understanding of agile development practices and common methodologies
• Experience building responsive, cross browser compatibility websites and applications
• Experience of integrating with web services and APIs, including REST endpoints.
• Experience using code version control systems (GIT) and CI/CD.

Causality Biomodels is an Indo-German life science informatics company that focuses on the development of data-based solutions in the bioinformatics sector. Specifically, we work using semantic integration & information extraction methods, knowledge & data organization, and advanced statistical & machine learning techniques in the context of life sciences.

The team Causality Biomodels is searching for a full stack developer with a strong focus on Python, capable of taking on a lead developer role.

You will be mainly focusing on the following areas:

• Implementing new features by modifying our backend system and UI according to the product backlog and discussions with the team.
• Rapid prototyping to explore new directions based on current research developments.
• Design, development and maintenance of APIs, as well as product and add-on components.
• Maintenance of code integrity and organization.

The requirements are:

• Successfully completed bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or in related fields such as Bioinformatics.
• At least 2 years of professional software engineering experience.
• High proficiency in Python and ability to write clean and well-documented code (must).
• Experience with cloud-based development using AWS (preferred), GCP or Azure.
• Experience with Docker and container-based deployment.
• Proficiency in JavaScript.
• Experience with at least one database system (SQL or no-SQL).
• High familiarity with Git.
• Experience with agile development practices.
• Experience with CI/CD and automated testing.
• Very strong English skills (both verbal and written).

Bonus points for:

• Knowledge about machine learning or data science.
• Experience with Python packages SpaCy, scikit-learn, flask and fastapi.
• Experience with JavaScript libraries React and Redux/Context.
• Experience with Gitlab CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience working with knowledge graph data.
• Knowledge and experience in bioinformatics methods.

• Must have knowledge in Angular or React frontend and Node JS
• Write reusable, testable, efficient code
• Knowledge of creating front-end applications using HTML5, CSS, and Javascript.
• Candidates should have Knowledge of recent Angular versions and should be comfortable working independently.
• Should have working experience with database modeling, ability to plan DB schema and write queries with ease(MongoDB, MYSQL, Redis)
• Implementation of security and data protection
• Comfortable working with Git/Github
• Ability and willingness to manage multiple projects and tasks.
