FULL STACK DEVELOPER

JOB DESCRIPTION – FULL STACK DEVELOPER 

Location: Bangalore 

Key Responsibilities:       

Establish processes, SLAs, and escalation protocols for the support & maintenance of web applications       

Manage stakeholders with effective communication & collaborate with cross functional teams to address issues and maintain business continuity.      

Design, implement, unit test, and build business applications using React, React-Native, .Net Core, .Net 8, Azure/AWS and leveraging an agile methodology and latest tech like Agentic AI & Gihub Copilot.     

Facilitate scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, retrospectives, reviews, and daily stand-ups·       

Facilitate discussion, assessment of alternatives or different approaches, decision making, and conflict resolution within the development team       

Develop and administer CI/CD pipelines in cloud-hosted Git repositories, and source control artifacts via Git in alignment with common branching strategies and workflows    

Assist Software Designer/Implementers with the creation of detailed software design specifications      

Participate in the system specification review process to ensure system requirements can be translated into valid software architecture       

Integrate internal and external product designs into a cohesive user experience       

Identify and keep track of metrics that indicate how software is performing     

Handle technical and non-technical queries from the development team and stakeholders      

Ensure that all development practices follow best practices and any relevant policies / procedures 

Other Duties·       Maintain project reporting including dashboards, status reports, road maps, burn down, velocity, and resource utilization.    

Own the technical solution and ensure all technical aspects are implemented as designed. ·       

Partner with the customer success team and aid in triaging and troubleshooting customer support issues spanning across a range of software components, infrastructure, integrations, and services, some of which target 24/7/365 availability     

Flexible to work in rotational shift   

Required Qualification     

Previous experience of leading full stack technology projects with scrum teams and stakeholder management·       

BTech or MTech in computer science, or related field·       

3-5 years of experience.  

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: (Include any required computer skills, certifications, licenses, languages, etc)·      

With Proficiency in .NET Core/.Net 8/, React, React-Native, Redux, Material, Bootstrap, Typescript, SCSS, Microservices, EF, LINQ, SQL, Azure/AWS, CI CD, Agile, Agentic AI, Github Copilot·       

Azure Dev Ops, Design System, Micro front ends, Data Science·       

Stakeholder management & excellent communication skills.

The Opportunity

• We are looking for a seasoned full-stack engineer to build out and manage our entire web infrastructure. Minimum of three years’ recent experience with all of the skills listed below.
• Design and implementation of the overall web architecture.
• Implementation of “Pixel-perfect” screens from our approved user interface.
• Ensuring the entire stack is designed and built for speed and scalability.
• Design and construction of our REST API.
• Hands-on experience working with RDBMS and Document databases
• Exposure to graphql is an added advantage.
• Integrating our front-end UI with the API developed.
• Design and implementation of continuous integration and deployment.
• Delivering on-time with quality.

What we Require

• To convert our existing web application into a micro front-end architecture. The ideal candidate should have experience in AngularJS, ReactJS, MobX, and SCSS. Exposure to socket integration, mqtt integration would be a plus.
• Identify our existing web application’s different components and modules. Separate them into independent micro front-ends.
• Develop and maintain micro front-ends using AngularJS, ReactJS, MobX and SCSS
• Implement and configure Module Federation in Webpack 5 to share components between micro front-ends.
• Optimize micro front-ends for maximum speed and scalability.

Nice-to-have:

• Familiarity with cloud-based infrastructure (AWS)
• Familiarity with containerization (Docker)
• Upgraded an application from Webpack 4 to Webpack 5 for local development & production build

• Develop web-based application for analytics using Angular
• Integrate and extend Python REST APIs and create visually stunning UI experiences for analysts and users.
• Create flexible dashboards and reports (using plotly, d3, etc) and  leverage open source technology to create various components.
• Create a flexible UI for data analytics and big data usecases which can be used by Large Tier banks as well as smallscale agile startups
• Write unit tests and functional tests for the component using tools like Jasmine, Karma, Cypress, etc.
• Follow software development practices with continuous testing, development and integration (CD/CI)
• Write and maintain technical design documents and new-feature documents
• Collaborate closely with developers, engineers, testers, and product managers
• Participate in peer-based code reviews and design reviews
• Follow agile methodology and encourage collaboration with tools such as GIT, Confluence and Slack applications
• Undergraduate degree or above in computer science preferred

Required Qualifications

• Knows SPA and frontend technologies well
• Has used atleast 1 web framework: Angular / React / Vue / etc. and comfortable with Javascript/Typescript.
• Experience with styling (CSS / SCSS / others) frameworks like bootstrap, material, foundation, tailwind, etc. is a plus
• Knowledge on visualization frameworks like D3, plotly, highcharts, chart.js, etc. to make customizable dashboards.
• Has used testing libraries like karma, jest, jasmine, cypress, selenium, etc.
• Familiar with with frontend processes like State management (Redux), Reactive programming (rxjs), Authentication methods (JWT, SAML) etc. 
• Basic knowledge about APIs (flask, django, nodejs) and worked on deploying web applications (nginx or apache or cloud technologies like AWS, GCP, docker, etc.) will be beneficial.
