Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering (or related field).

• Experience with process simulation tools (e.g., Aspen Plus, HYSYS, MATLAB) is an advantage.

About the Role

The Business Development Manager (BDM) will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and executing strategic sales plans for corporate travel solutions. The incumbent must have established connections with corporate and mid-size companies and proven success in achieving high-value sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

🔹 Client Acquisition & Relationship Management

• Identify, target, and acquire new corporate clients with an annual business worth of ₹2–3 Cr.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with corporate clients to ensure repeat business.
• Understand client travel requirements and provide customized corporate travel solutions.

🔹 Sales & Negotiation

• Present, pitch, and negotiate corporate travel service agreements.
• Manage contract terms to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
• Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets.

🔹 Strategic Planning & Market Development

• Develop and execute corporate sales strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
• Identify and pursue partnership opportunities to grow the corporate travel portfolio.

🔹 Performance Tracking & Reporting

• Track sales metrics, evaluate performance, and adjust strategies as needed.

Skills & Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum 4 years in Corporate Travel Sales with proven track record.
• Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of corporate travel market, industry trends, and competitor landscape.
• Networking: Strong corporate and mid-size company connections in Gurgaon/NCR region.
• Communication: Excellent verbal & written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Negotiation Skills: Proven ability to negotiate high-value contracts.

0.5 - 3 years of experience 

• Day to day maintenance of the website. Along with updating banners, products, product content, blogs, SEO recommendations also maintain a tracker of all updates on the website
• Coordinate with design and development team to implement strategy
• Create project plan and timelines for execution
• Maintaining and recording minutes of the meeting with internal and external stakeholders
• Keep a track of website health: by conducting regular test plans, working on site experience as well as PageSpeed insights

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Review training content and assessments. The review parameters include (but are not limited to) the following:

○ Rewrite the training content wherever necessary to simplify it or to make it more age

appropriate.

○ Create engaging learning activities and provide exercises and activities that enhance

the learning process.

○ Devise modes of assessment, such as tests or quizzes, to measure the effectiveness

of course.

○ Analyze and apply trends and best practices in learning technologies and instructional

design.

○ Suggest instructional enhancements to the content and assessments so the learning

experience is superior.

○ Check if all the training assets follow the instructional guidelines.

○ Work with subject matter experts to identify target audience’s training needs

○ Do a thorough language review.

○ Do a thorough formatting check and fixes.

• Brainstorm with the content developer to storyboard the concepts introduced in a lesson/chapter.
• Create guidelines and templates as and when needed.
• Conduct audits of the live classes to check how the content is getting translated into the actual class experience.

Skill Set:

1. General:

• In-depth understanding of activity based teaching-learning methods with a strong knowledge of pedagogies to teach 21st Century Skills.
• At least 3-4 years of experience in instructional design and/or content writing.
• Experience in editing documents with an eye for details.
• Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, handle and prioritize simultaneous requests, and manage laterally and upwards.
• Creative and analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

○ Must demonstrate the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the 

organization.

1. Technical:

• Understanding of Object-Oriented concepts.
• Basic understanding of core programming concepts with teaching skills will be an asset.
