The Real Estate Funding Head will lead the sourcing, structuring, and management of funding for real estate projects. The Funding Head will develop and maintain strong relationships with lenders, investors, and financial institutions to secure optimal financing solutions that support the company’s real estate development and investment objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Funding Strategy & Management:

• Develop and implement comprehensive funding strategies for real estate projects aligned with business goals.
• Identify and evaluate multiple funding sources including banks, financial institutions, private equity, venture capital, and alternative financing.
