We are looking for Blockchain Developer with a minimum of 6 months to 1.5 years experience, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing blockchain-based solutions, Dapps, wallet and smart contracts. You will be reposinble for developing and directly dealing with clients.

Job Responsibilities:

·        Create/Design and implement reliable blockchain architectures and protocols for projects, prioritizing scalability, security, and high performance.

·        Design, implement, and deploy smart contracts across diverse blockchain platforms (e.g., Ethereum, Solana). Perform comprehensive audits to guarantee security and optimal functionality.

·        Develop and sustain decentralized applications (DApps) by seamlessly integrating blockchain technology with both front-end and back-end systems.

·        Assist in shaping the technical strategy and roadmap for blockchain initiatives. Keep up-to-date with the latest advancements in blockchain technologies and industry developments.

·        Proficiency in DeFi, NFTs, and other emerging blockchain applications.

·        Work closely with clients to identify their requirements, objectives, and challenges, delivering scalable and dependable blockchain solutions.

Skills Required:

·        Expertise in programming languages - Solidity, Python, Javascript, Rust and React.

·        Expertise in DApp development frameworks - Web3.js, ethers.js

·        Familiarity with platforms such as Ethereum, Solana, Hyperledger, Binance Smart Chain, or Polygon.

·        Ability to integrate blockchain platforms with third-party systems using RESTful or GraphQL APIs.

• 3-5 years of professional experience in web development with a strong focus on JavaScript stack technologies.
• Proven experience in integrating blockchain technology into web applications, with a deep understanding of blockchain protocols, smart contracts, and decentralized applications (dApps).
• Proficiency in multisignature, multiparty computation and 3rd party Node provider integration
• Experience with public blockchain platforms such as Bitcoin, Ethereum, etc.
• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and web services.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Experience with continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) pipelines is a plus.
• Experience in setting up Bitcoin core, and Geth node is a plus

Responsibilities:

Requirements:

·      Total 3 Years of experience required,Ethereum, Blockchain

·      Knowledge in any one of the programming languages: NodeJS,

Java, GoLang,C, C++,PHP

·      Basic understanding of blockchain technology: Bitcoin, Smart

Contracts, Solidity, Cryptography

·Knowledge in private blockchains such as Hyper Ledger, Corda is

a plus

· Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, JS, Bootstrap and knowledge

in front-end technologies such as Angular/ React/ Vue is a plus.

·      Knowledge in databases and database modelling: MySQL,

PostgreSQL, MongoDB

·      Understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)

·      Experience using Git for version control

Desired Candidate Profile

Responsibilities:-

Ø  Familiarity with basic  cryptography.

Ø  Familiarity with P2P networks.

Ø  Strong knowledge of bitcoin-like blockchains.

Ø  Strong knowledge of concurrency and writing efficient and safe multithreaded code.

Ø  Strong knowledge of STL, C++11 ( In the case of a blockchain-based on C++ ).

Ø  Proficiency in the Qt Widgets module ( Applies to projects where a GUI wallet application is needed ).

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for Blockchain evaluation, smart contract development, implementation supporting the digital strategy group initiatives.
• Must have hands-on experience using Solidity.
• Experience in setting up Blockchain nodes and networks.
• Design and develop the architecture of Blockchain Solutions from a systemic standpoint.
• Responsible for creating technical solution architecture for a given business problem.
• Responsible for quality of the application and implements necessary checks and balances via peer review, code scans, automated tests.
• Set the standards for design and development.
• Oversees, maintains,s and supports existing software applications.
• Provide subject matter expertise in reviewing, analyzing, and resolving complex issues.
• Prepare user and systems documentation as needed.
• Design & implement Blockchain solutions which may run on Blockchain platforms and composed of multiple software packages based on Solution Architect.
• Lead a team of Blockchain juniors/trainees.
• Work with product managers and other product teams.
• Well versed in using GitHub.
• Should be flexible to explore different blockchains be it Ethereum, Ripple, Tron, AVA, Multichain, etc

• Writing and Understand smart contracts using Solidity 
• Write backend APIs using Next JS, Node JS
• Experience is cross chain development, block chain oracles, multi sig is desirable
• Thorough understanding of block chain components.
• Thorugh understanding of IDO process, Swapping protocols, Tokenomics
• Understanding of Docker, Kubernetes , Cloud technologies like AWS , GCP is highly desirable.

• Responsible for building applications using artificial intelligence/machine learning technology, applying latest industrial and academic developments, prefer Kaggle hackathon participant
• Expertise in deep learning frameworks for Production Systems like Tensorflow, Keras (for RPD and neural net architecture evaluation), PyTorch and Xgboost, Caffe, Theono
• Proficient in Deep Learning algorithm techniques like Random Forest, GBM, KNN, SVM, Bayesian, Text Mining techniques, Multilayer Perceptron, Neural Networks – Feedforward, CNN, LSTM’s GRU’s.
• Optimization techniques – Activity regularization (L1 and L2), Adam, Adagrad, Adadelta concepts; Cost Functions in Neural Nets – Contrastive Loss, Hinge Loss, Binary Cross entropy, Categorical Cross entropy; developed applications in KRR, NLP, Speech and Image processing
• Expertise in classical Machine Learning algorithms like Logistic Regression, Decision trees, Clustering (K-means, Hierarchical and Self-organizing Maps), TSNE, PCA, Bayesian models, Time Series ARIMA/ARMA, Recommender Systems - Collaborative Filtering, FPMC, FISM, Fossil etc
• Extensive experience in statistical tools and programming environments like Python, R, SAS, SQL
