We are looking for a passionate Backend Developer Intern (Paid Internship - 6 Months) with proficiency in Node.js, Python, PHP, and Laravel, along with working knowledge of React.js. PlotPix is building an AI native microdrama platform for mobile first, vertical storytelling. We create emotionally addictive, binge worthy fiction designed for short episode formats and fast audience payoff.

About the Role

Own the visual storytelling of AI produced series and films from concept to final output. This role is responsible for defining the cinematic look and feel of a project, shaping character and environment style, designing shot composition and framing across the storyline, and overseeing AI led shot generation through post production finishing in DaVinci. This is not a traditional graphic design role. It is a creative direction and visual storytelling role built for an AI native production pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Define the overall visual language, mood, and cinematic identity of a series or film
• Build and drive visual direction for characters, environments, tone, lighting, and world style
• Translate story beats into strong shot level camera composition, framing, and visual flow
• Review and guide AI generated shot production to maintain consistency, quality, and emotional impact
• Oversee post production refinement and final video polish in DaVinci Resolve
• Ensure visual continuity across scenes, sequences, and episodes
• Work closely with story, production, and AI pipeline teams to turn narratives into compelling screen output
• Continuously improve output quality by giving clear creative feedback to AI driven workflows
