Qualifications

- At Least graduation, preferably in commerce from prominent institute

- 0-1 years of experience in customer support

Skills

- High level of empathy and aptitude to help and resolve problems for others.

- Learning ability to understand the software from the end user’s perspective.

- Oral and written communication skills to help and train clients on using the software. Good hold on English and Hindi is a must.

- Knowledge of Malayalam & Telugu regional language is a must.

- Other desirable skills:

  - Preferably a female candidate 

  - Expressive and good communication skills

  - Good listener and empathetic disposition

  - Proactive in anticipating customer pain points and providing feedback to the product teams on feature usage and issues.

Roles & Responsibilities

Your objective will be to ensure that client is able to extract value of our solution to the fullest. You will be the first point of contact for the client and end users of the software. You will be responsible for successful transition of the customer to our solution, for client communication and coordinating with them for conducting feature demonstration and giving training sessions. You will be resolving client queries on a real-time basis. You will also report to Product team on any major issues that clients may be facing. Uphold established standards, processes and best practices in customer service. You are expected to continuously learn and build a knowledge base by reading books, understanding business, and empathizing with our customers.

E-commerce Lead:

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Developing the strategic direction for leading marketplaces like Amazon, Nykaa, and others.
• Accountable for achieving bottom line results and maximizing Return on Advertising Spend (ROAS).
• Expertly managing Amazon Marketing Services (AMS) and driving paid and non-paid initiatives across the platform.
• Mentoring the team to optimize accounts and achieve monthly targets efficiently.
• Performing comprehensive data analysis for weekly and monthly meetings to drive actionable insights.
• Overseeing internal budgets within the company and external budgets with clients.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams including design, sales, creative, advertising, logistics, marketing, and other departments dedicated to the same client account, ensuring high-quality deliverables and meeting client needs.
• Facilitating seamless communication between key clients and internal teams.
• Negotiating contracts with clients and setting performance timelines.
• Cultivating strong relationships with existing clients and actively pursuing new client opportunities.

Qualification:

• 4-8 years of Experience of direct response & E-commerce experience in an integrated, multi-channel marketing environment

What you need to have:

• The SA must have experience in the following areas:
• GCP Infrastructure as code (knowledge of terraform, etc.) and how to deploy
• GCP Service Architecture and Tooling knowledge
• Some experience with GCP Big Query to allow for strategies when online services need to query for data (scale cost vs fixed)
• Experience with online Google tools ecosystem (Tag Manager, Optimise, GMP)
• Some knowledge of network infrastructure on GCP
• Working with security gateways
• Working with elastic infrastructure and container technologies is desirable
