Senior Software Engineer

Pattern Agentix (patternagentix.com) is seeking a computational bilogist to assume the role of Lead AI researcher to create advanced multi-agent AI systems leveraging cutting-edge AI research and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) techniques. The ideal candidate should have a strong academic and research background in AI, demonstrated through published research papers, open-source contributions (e.g., GitHub).

Exposure to bioinformatics or some background in bioinformatics is a compulsory requirement. The candiate will apply computational techniques, mathematical models, and computer science skills to analyze and interpret complex biological data.

Required Skills & Experience

Master’s or Ph.D. in AI, Machine Learning, Computer Science, or a related field with some exposure to bioinformatics. 

Strong AI research background, demonstrated through peer-reviewed publications in top-tier AI/ML conferences or journals (e.g., NeurIPS, ICML, AAAI, CVPR, ACL, etc.).

Proficiency in Python and experience with AI/ML frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow).

Experience with multi-agent AI systems and their architectural design.

Project Scope

The project involves developing a sophisticated multi-agent system that:

that automates hypothesis generation in biomedical research using large bimedical research data sets..

We are open on compensation models but compensation will be aligned to local norms. We would consider part time or full time.

Roles and Responsibilities

Code, develop, design and architect features related to the existing application. We  expect you to own modules end to end and take pride in the work products you  ship.

Lead from the front, when it comes to delivering high quality work products. Serve as a mentor to the team members

Create and define performance metrics. Ideate, innovate and hack through the  existing systems to improve performance

Perform code reviews, set coding practices and guidelines within the team.

Make sense of the product specs, be nimble in getting the issues resolved. Be a thought leader.

Critical Functional Skills

Solid understanding and knowledge of Java/C/C++. You should understand the concepts of multithreading, I/O, messaging, instrumentation etc and their  implementation in Java/Any other ObjectOriented Language.

Proficiency in the implementation of algorithms and the use of advanced data  structures to solve problems in computing. A solid foundation in the principles of  computer science is desired.

Ability to write clean, modular, and loosely coupled code by the use of design patterns.

He/She should be able to break down and architect complex software systems. For example

Strong decisionmaking ability

Deep expertise in at least one programming language & tech stack.

Substantial experience in building complex and scalable solutions.

Strong object oriented design skills, ability to apply design patterns, and an uncanny ability to design intuitive module and class level interfaces

The ability to do deep problem solving and build elegant, maintainable solutions to complex problems.

Experience leading multi engineer projects and mentoring junior engineers

Experience with full life cycle development in any programming language on a Linux platform

Comprehensive operational experience including, optimizations, deployments and tuning servers like apache/mysql/tomcat/solr

Prior experience in working with Agile software methodologies (XP, Scrum), TDD, and Continuous Integration(CI/CD) a plus.

Experience in building data driven web application design and development is a plus

Expert level experience in building a scalable, large and complex business application

.Experience Required

:Typically with an experience of 5+ years of development experience in a product  firm.

Must have lead, designed, architected and delivered at least 1 project in his previous assignments independently.

Minimum Qualifications Required

Btech/MS from a reputed Institute

Deep expertise with any or combination programming languages: Java, C++, C#, Ruby, Scala,

Go any object oriented high level proprietary or open source language with strong programming constructs. We are not skill specific but go by strength in  competencies Machine coding Single machine in memory program

Need a working code with functionality Readable and well designed code with right abstractions, separation of concerns,right design patterns

Performant code with concurrency and efficient data structures

Write test cases covering the happy path and edge cases

Problem Solving

Choose the right combination of data structures to solve the problem

Identify most edge cases for the problem

Identify opportunities of parallelism: utilizes multicore solutions where applicable

Distributed systems design and system interaction

Job Responsibilities:

Mandatory Skills:

* Proficient in Java (JDK 1.7) or above JDK 8 preferable, with a good knowledge of its ecosystems with a knack for writing clean, readable Java code, writing reusable Java libraries along with knowledge of concurrency patterns in Java

* Solid understanding of object-oriented programming along with various design and architectural patterns

* Hands on experience with Spring, Spring Boot, JUnit

Requirements

Acquired strong proven professional programming experience.

- Strong command of Algorithms, Data structures, Design patterns, and Product Architectural Design.

- Good understanding of DevOps, Cloud technologies, CI/CD, Serverless and Docker, preferable AWS

- Proven track record and expert in one of the field - DevOps/Frontend/Backend

- Excellent coding and debugging skills in any language with command on any one programming paradigm, preferred Javascript/Python/Go

- Experience with at least one of the Database systems - RDBMS and NoSQL

- Ability to document requirements and specifications.

- A naturally inquisitive and problem-solving mindset.

- Strong experience in using AGILE or SCRUM techniques to build quality software.

Roles and Responsibilities

Based in Jaipur, you will be working in a collaborative team on cutting edge technologies in a supportive and dynamic environment. Ultimately you are responsible for building the CODI and on-boarding new clients - this involves:

- Developing a good understanding of the solutions which Peak delivers, and how these link to Peak’s overall strategy.

- Making suggestions towards shaping the strategy for a feature and engineering design.

- Managing own workload and usually delivering unsupervised. Accountable for their own workstream or the work of a small team.  

- Understanding Engineering priorities and is able to focus on these, helping others to remain focussed too

- Acting as the Lead Engineer on a project. Helps ensure others follow Peak processes, such as release and version control.

- An active member of the team, through useful contributions to projects and in team meetings.

- Supervising others. Deputising for a Lead and/or support them with tasks. Mentoring new joiners/interns and Masters students. Sharing knowledge and learnings with the team.

WordPress Developer Responsibilities:

• Designing and building the website front-end.
• Designing and managing the website back-end including database and server integration.
• Generating Word Press themes and plugins.
• Conducting website performance tests.

 Required key skills:- 

• Must have knowledge on custom word press, also page builder and elementor.
• Strong understanding of PHP back-end development.
