Blaash is looking to hire a problem solver with strong technical expertise in building large applications. You will build the next-generation AI solution for the Engineering Team - including backend and frontend.

Responsibility

Owning the front-end and back-end development in all aspects. Proposing high-level design solutions, and POCs to arrive at the right solution. Mentoring junior developers and interns.

• Demonstrate strong architecture and design skills in building high-performance APIs using AWS services.
• Design and implement highly scalable, interactive web applications with high usability
• Collaborate with product teams to iterate ideas on data monetization products/services and define feasibility
• Rapidly iterate on product ideas, build prototypes, and participate in proof of concepts
• Collaborate with internal and external teams in troubleshooting functional and performance issues
• Work with DevOps Engineers to integrate any new code into existing CI/CD pipelines
• 6 months + of experience in frontend dev using React JS
• 6 moths + years of hands-on experience developing high-performance APIs & Web applications

Salary -

• The first 4 months of the Training and Probation period = 15K-18K INR per month
• On successful completion of the Probation period = 20K - 25K INR per month
• Annual Performance Bonus of INR 40,000

What you'll do:

· Perform complex application programming activities with an emphasis on mobile development: Angular, ionic, Node, TypeScript, JavaScript, Apache Cordova, RESTful APIs and more

· Assist in the definition of system architecture and detailed solution design that are scalable and extensible

· Collaborate with Product Owners, Designers, and other engineers on different permutations to find the best solution possible

· Own the quality of code and do your own testing. Automate feature testing and contribute UI testing framework

· Become a subject matter expert for our mobile applications

· Deliver amazing solutions to production that knock everyone’s socks off

· Mentor junior developers on the team

Preferred Qualifications:

· Proficient with Apache Cordova framework

· Built or maintained custom Cordova plugin

· Demonstrable knowledge of native coding background in iOS

· Understanding of Apple certificate and profile management

· Experience developing and deploying applications within Kubernetes based containers

· Experience in Agile and SCRUM development techniques

• Proven at least 2 to 3 years of work experience as a Front-end developer
• Hands-on experience with markup languages
• Experience with JavaScript,Next.Js and Tailwind is a must
• Familiarity with browser testing and debugging
• In-depth understanding of the entire web development process (design, development and deployment)
• Understanding of layout aesthetics
• Excellent analytical and multitasking skills
• Engineering Graduates preferred

We are looking for HTML Integrators, responsible for both back-end and front-end development, including creating themes and plugins. This position requires a combination of programming skills (namely PHP, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript) and aesthetics (understanding element arrangements on the screen, the color and font choices, and so on).

The candidate should have a strong understanding of industry trends and content management systems. Experience with the responsive and adaptive design is strongly preferred. Also, an understanding of the entire web development process, including design, development, and deployment is preferred.

• Good command on PSD to HTML conversion.
• Good Exposure on HTML, CSS and Photoshop
• Having knowledge on JQuery, wordpress & bootstrap will be an added advantage

• Building reliable and efficient code for game projects
• Should understand build milestone process and meet project timeline.
• Helps drive the delivery of successful, cutting edge products by working on a team with other Developers, and Designers
• Work towards optimization and best practices, increase performance of our application
• 1 to 3+ years of development experience. (Preferably Gaming)
• Good knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, AJAX, SVG, JSON
• Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming, and Design Patterns for Games and Web Applications
• Familiarity with any of the current generation JavaScript frameworks like PixieJS, CreateJs, Starling etc
• Strong attention to detail and knowledge of robust quality assurance practices
• Strong testing, debugging, and analytical skills
